Yangming heat syndrome

"Mr. Cao Fuying clearly pointed out that this is due to stomach heat and gallbladder fire alone, and gallbladder fire goes up against the lung, so there is a sore throat, but if you want to clear the fire and get inflamed, you must bring down the heat, which is also the syndrome of Dahuang Huanglian Qin Huang Decoction.
Yin-cold deficiency syndrome
Article 283 of Treatise on Febrile Diseases: "The patient's pulse of Yin and Yang is tight. If he perspires, Yang will die, which belongs to deficiency of Yin. The method should be to relieve sore throat and stop vomiting. " The pulse of typhoid fever shouldn't have been sweaty, but today it is sweaty, which means that Yang dies in the outside and Yin is abundant in the inside. The disease is not the sun, but the deficiency of yin and yang, which leads to sore throat, yin cold and vomiting. It can be used together with Sini decoction plus Banxia powder and decoction to treat back yang and adverse reactions. Mr. Cao thinks this is a syndrome of deficiency heat and excess cold, and Bai Tong Tang Yi Jia Ren Urine Pig Bile Decoction.
Yin deficiency with internal heat syndrome
Treatise on Febrile Diseases (article 3 10): "Pig skin soup is mainly used for shaoyin disease, sore throat and chest tightness." This article is beneficial to yin injury, internal heat due to yin deficiency, disturbance of menstruation due to deficiency heat, adverse menstruation, sore throat, chest tightness, upset and other symptoms. Use pigskin soup to nourish yin and moisten lung, clear heat and relieve sore throat. There are not many clinical applications now. Mr. Liu Duzhou once treated an overseas Chinese female student, and suddenly her voice became hoarse, painful and dry. Because it is inconvenient for students to take medicine at school, Liu Laozhi drank pigskin soup to relieve pain.
Pharyngalgia-fever syndrome
Treatise on Febrile Diseases 3 1 1: "Shaoyin disease, sore throat on the second or third day, can be accompanied by licorice soup, not bad, and orange stalk soup." It is common in clinic that the throat is red, swollen and hot, and its syndrome mechanism is that evil heat invades the throat and burns the throat, which is unfavorable. The treatment is to use licorice to clear away heat. If it does not heal, it is pathogenic heat and phlegm stagnation, and qi cannot be declared. So add platycodon grandiflorum to disperse lung qi, and use the salty taste of platycodon grandiflorum to break the hot phlegm in the throat.
Cold syndrome of sore throat
Treatise on Febrile Diseases 3 13: "Shaoyin disease, sore throat, Pinellia powder, mainly decoction." According to the regulations, it is difficult to distinguish between cold and heat. The seventh edition of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, a textbook of medical colleges all over the country, proves that "this is a cold pathogen invading the throat, which is depressed by phlegm and dampness. The throat is generally not red and swollen due to cold pathogen, and it may be accompanied by aversion to cold, excessive phlegm and saliva, nausea and vomiting, and a pale tongue with wet fur. It is used to disperse Pinellia ternata and decoction, to promote yang and dispel cold, and to resolve phlegm and open knots. " The author believes that if it is cold, the syndrome of pale mouth and not thirst can not be distinguished. Huang Yuanyu thinks: "Turbid yin goes upstream and impacts the throat, thus causing pain. Pinellia, cassia twig, reduce its impact, licorice slows down its urgency. " This principle is also reasonable and can be used as a reference for expanding clinical application.
Syndrome of deficiency of yin and yang combined with yang deficiency
Treatise on Febrile Diseases (article 3 17): "Tongmai Sini Decoction is mainly used for those who suffer from shaoyin disease, lower energizer, internal cold and external heat, hand and foot syncope, slightly heartbroken pulse, but the body does not hate cold, the face is red, or abdominal pain, or retching, or sore throat, or pulse arrest." The main manifestations are red face, no aversion to cold and syncope of hands and feet. The syndrome mechanism of this sore throat is deficiency of both yin and yang, and the deficiency of yang comes up and beats in the pharynx. Its treatment should be to break the yin and return to yang to relieve sore throat, and use Tongmai Sini Decoction and Platycodon grandiflorum to spread the lung and relieve sore throat, as Zhongjing said: "For those with sore throat, go to peony and add one or two Platycodon grandiflorum."
Syndrome of syncope cold and yin-yang complex
Article 334 of Treatise on Febrile Diseases says: "Typhoid fever is first caused by syncope, and diarrhea will stop, while sweating will reverse, resulting in sore throat." Fever and no sweat, but the benefits will stop. If you don't stop, it will lead to pus and blood. If there is pus and blood, there will be no sore throat. " The syndrome of "diarrhea, fever after syncope" is characterized by cold and heat, and its syndrome mechanism is that pathogenic heat is biased towards qi, excessive yang recovery is pathogenic heat, and pathogenic heat attacks the throat. When the heat is discharged from the body, there will be no sore throat. Zhong Jing did not point out the prescription in this article. Mr. Cao thinks that this sore throat is caused by the heat of the large intestine moving to the lungs, and points out that "Jueyin hematochezia is caused by yang returning to blood heat, and Pulsatilla decoction is the only one". It can be used for clinical reference.
Syndrome of stagnation of heat toxin in yang
Synopsis of the Golden Chamber: Lily Fox Treating Yin and Yang Poisonous Diseases III: "Yang poison is a disease, the face is as red as brocade, sore throat and purulent blood can be cured in five days, but not in seven days, and Cimicifuga Biejia Decoction is the main one." The clinical manifestations are "sore throat, flushed face like brocade, vomiting pus and blood." The syndrome mechanism is that heat toxin is depressed in the throat, and the evil of heat toxin blocks the pulse of the throat. The treatment method is Cimicifuga Biejia Decoction, which detoxifies, cools blood, removes blood stasis and raises yang.
