After Dongxing's victory, Zhuge Ke was carried away by the temporary victory and began to be impetuous. He is less calm and more contemptuous of the enemy. "Han Shu" said: "Those who rely on the size of the country, cherish the people, and want to see the enemy are called arrogant soldiers, and arrogant people will destroy them." Soon, Zhuge Ke will suffer. In the battle of New Town, "most of the casualties" (Biography of Zhuge Ke as a Mirror) finally had to be defeated. Sun Jun took advantage of Zhuge Ke's declining popularity and publicly "ambushed and killed in the palace" ("Three Generations").
According to historical records, Sun Liang mainly did three things during this period.
First, Zhuge Ke's "October in Winter, Big Banquet" (Biography of the Three Sons) is considered to confuse Zhuge Ke and make him relax his vigilance.
Second, discuss with Sun Jun how to get rid of Zhuge Ke. Otherwise, there would be no "Sun Jun was hated by the people and hated by CCBA, and he wanted to change it, but made a plan" ("Biography of Zhuge Ke"), which was considered as an imperial edict and agreed with Sun Jun to eliminate Zhuge Ke.
Thirdly, after Zhuge Ke's death, Three Heirs Biography said that "you were the prime minister and sealed Fuchun Hou", and Sun Junchuan said that "moving the prime minister and general to supervise Chinese and foreign military affairs and seal Fuchun Hou" was considered as a measure to satisfy Sun Jun and celebrate its success.
These three things are interlocking and seemingly logical, but in fact they are full of loopholes and can't stand scrutiny. The author thinks that Sun Liang in history didn't want to kill Zhuge Ke at all, which needs to be analyzed from the following three sub-arguments.
On the first point, where did Zhuge Ke's dictatorship begin?
History is written by winners, so Sun Jun can be as dark as he wants. With Zhuge Ke dead, it is impossible to return to the deceased and his theory.
Evidence of the so-called dictatorship of Zhuge Ke. First, the letter proves that Zhuge Ke wrote Zhuge Ke and Lu Xun to warn Lu Xun. Second, kill Sun Hong, thinking that Zhuge Ke is doing this to eradicate dissidents. Third, Guang Shienze thinks that Zhuge Ke's move to benefit the people is to win the hearts of the people and find the mass base for dictatorship.
The author thinks that the above three items are not sufficient, and the reasons for refutation are as follows.
First, the real intention of writing a letter. Zhuge Ke wrote this letter to Lu Xun with the purpose of "knowing that Xun regarded it as disrespectful to himself, so he praised its purport widely" (Biography of Zhuge Ke) without any threat or warning. In addition, the record of "abdicating, but moving to the general, staying in Wuchang and leading Jingzhou on behalf of Xun" in Biography of Zhuge Ke is easily misunderstood and ambiguous. In fact, as long as we understand that the word "Hui" in "Hui Xun" means coincidence and just right, everything will be solved and suddenly enlightened.
Second, Sun Hong was killed for Sun Quan. After Sun Quan's death, Sun Hong, who was at odds with Zhuge Ke on weekdays, wanted to take the opportunity to "correct the shackles" (Biography of Zhuge Ke as a Mirror). Sun Jun was also associated with Zhuge Ke, so he told him the news. Zhuge Ke "sat in a penalty, but sent out an obituary uniform", let Sun Quan walk all the way, otherwise it may cause a moth.
Third, positions lead to differences. "But listening and watching are life ... people don't like it" (Zi Tongzhi Jian). People hold different positions on Zhuge Ke's articles that benefit ordinary people, and their conclusions will be quite different. In fact, using this article to demonstrate Zhuge Ke's dictatorship is not very convincing. Therefore, Zhuge Ke's dictatorship is pure fabrication and cannot be established.
On the second point, Sun Jun is full of evil on weekdays.
It's not good for Sun Jun to be a man. And Zhuge Ke is also a weasel to pay New Year greetings to chickens, which is not honest. When I say this, I don't mean to denigrate him, and I'm not groundless, but based on the following three points.
First, fight a protracted war with good intentions. Sun Jun was very jealous, so although he was respectful to Zhuge Ke in the early days, he also looked forward to the downfall of Zhuge Ke while flattering him, so that he could take his place. In the state of Wu at that time, Zhuge Ke had very few abilities. If Sun Jun wants to make a difference, he can only make Zhuge Ke disappear forever before his eyes, completely clean. Therefore, when Sun Quan is seriously ill, Sun Caijun will "assist the government and make a big contribution" (Biography of Zhuge Ke), and put Zhuge Ke alive on the edge of the cliff, so that you can enjoy a few days of happiness, and it will soon be your death. Sun Jun's plan is really sinister and vicious, and people's hearts are really terrible.
Second, if you do all the bad things, you will lose your conscience. It would be strange if a dishonest official didn't take advantage of the change of state power. Sun Jun is always doing bad things. He has done countless bad things. According to this train of thought, it is very likely that he has bad intentions to get rid of Zhuge Ke. It's easy for good people to become bad, but it's hard for bad people to become bad. Even if you really get better, the villagers will not change their bad views on you in a short time. More importantly, Sun Jun often does bad things! For this content, there are many records in the history books, "there is no duplicate name, arrogance and danger, more punishment and more killing, and the people are noisy" ("Sun Junchuan"); "Raped imperial secretary again and had an affair with Princess Luban" ("Sun Junchuan"); "Princess Qingcheng killed Princess P Jun ... Jun" (word Jane). Otherwise, Chen Shou, the author of the Three Kingdoms, would not say that he is "a fierce and arrogant person" (Sun Junchuan). Sun Jun has done countless evils in his life, and few people will believe how selfless he is in getting rid of Zhuge Ke.
The third point, what goes around comes around, explains everything. If the above is not very convincing to you, let's look at a very convincing historical reminder. Since ancient times, people in China have always emphasized the karma of "good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil". It's not that they don't report it, but it's not yet time. " Sun Jun's death just confirmed this point. "According to the neat royal army ... then the dream was beaten by Zhuge Ke, afraid of getting sick and dying ... and then he would pay Wei" (Sun Junchuan). Even if what goes around comes around is not 100% effective, at least here, historians are suggesting to us that Zhuge Ke was killed by Sun Jun and he died unjustly. If Zhuge Ke was really dictatorial as recorded in the history books, and if Sun Jun was really a natural person except Zhuge Ke, historians would not have put forward this suggestion here, saying that Sun Jun died for fear of Zhuge Ke's death. As the saying goes, a straight foot is not afraid of a crooked shadow. If Sun Jun was magnanimous and didn't do such a thing, he wouldn't be afraid that Zhuge Ke would die in his sleep. However, this is not the case. In reality, Sun Jun really completely defeated Zhuge Ke and became the minister of the DPRK. But while he gained power, money and status, he also fell into an endless nightmare for the rest of his life, and his heart was branded with the shadow of guilt forever.
On the third point, Sun Liang is really innocent and wasteful.
Sun Liang is not keen to get rid of Zhuge Ke. It is really wrong to be labeled as the mastermind. But if Sun Liang is really a good monarch, he will not leave Sun Jun the opportunity to get rid of Zhuge Ke, and will eventually be abolished by his cousin Sun Bin. Why is Sun Liang really innocent and abandoned? I think there are three reasons.
First, there is no malice towards Zhuge Ke. Whether Zhuge Ke was defeated or not, he was one of Sun Liang's assistants. Besides, failure is a common occurrence among military strategists, and Sun Liang will not get rid of Zhuge Ke because of this failure. On the contrary, after the defeat, Sun Liang only hoped that Zhuge Ke would calm down and not care too much about the defeat.
Second, being coerced into participating in the plan. Although the official has reflected on history? "Biography of Zhuge Ke" records that Sun Liang took the initiative to participate in the planning, such as "wine counts, light is still included ..." There is a letter to Zhuge Ke! " "(Biography of Zhuge Ke), but the credibility is not big, far less than the relevant records of Lu Wu. "Jun raised his knife and said,' I didn't do it! I didn't do it! The wet nurse led the light back inside. Otherwise, Pei Songzhi, the editor of "The History of the Three Kingdoms", wouldn't have uttered such a sigh. "I thought my urgent letter should be like this biography and Wu Li, not like Lu Wu said."
Third, being highly valued is ignored. There are many revelations about Sun Liang's wisdom in history books, such as the well-known rat excrement judgment. It's a pity that most of Sun Liang is extremely clever. Even if he has great wisdom, he will not use the right way to govern the country and benefit the people, but will only be abandoned. This aspect is also recorded in the history books, such as "making glass screens and engraving 120 kinds of pictures" (Notes on Ancient and Modern Times), "I always spoil my fourth wife when I am at leisure in the moonlight and at night" (Collection and Legacy), and "I love my fourth wife, and all of them are amazing: one is uncle Chao, two are Li Ju and three are Luo Zhen.
Sun Liang is extremely clever and has an unusual IQ, but he only craves enjoyment, regardless of North Korea's affairs, and he will not have such a mature political idea of killing Zhuge Ke. If he does, he will only use it on food, clothing, housing and women. So Sun Liang didn't even want to kill Zhuge Ke in history, or he didn't let Sun Jun succeed, let his cousin Sun Wei succeed, and finally ruined himself. In fact, if Sun Liang is really interested in the DPRK, the best way is to check and balance first, not to kill Zhuge Ke or Sun Jun, and let them fight each other, and the fisherman will benefit. While the two sides hurt each other, he would quickly clean up the mess and regain the imperial power, or order Soochow to convince his subjects. If so, history will be rewritten, but unfortunately history cannot be assumed. Of course, talking about these now is another story.
