In 2010, he participated in the 17th Jiangsu Province Sports Games held in Changzhou and won 2 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.
In 2011, at the 11th National Middle School Games held in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Zhang Yufei won three gold medals and one silver medal in the swimming event.
In April 2012, she represented the Jiangsu team Participated in the National Swimming Championships and Olympic Trials. One person competed in ten events, and three of them broke into the top eight.
