1. Indicate the author’s name, the unit (full name) where the paper is signed, the province, city, and postal code where the unit is located (with English version) at the beginning of the article. 2. The manuscript must have: an abstract of about 220 words (summarize the main content of the article, avoid using evaluative, explanatory, and introductory words such as "this article" and "article"), keywords (3-6) (Attach English abstract and keywords); Introduction to the author: name, year of birth, gender, ethnicity, place of origin or birth, work unit, position or title, degree, research direction. 3. The author must provide: detailed mailing address, postal code, contact number, and email address. 4. The notes and references in the manuscript are arranged separately. References are citations from books, newspapers and other materials that the author referred to when writing the paper. Article title: generally no more than 20 Chinese characters, add a subtitle if necessary, and translate it into English. 2. Author’s name and work unit: The author’s name should be written below the title, and below the name should be the name of the unit (first- and second-level units), the city where he is located (the name of the province must be added before the city that is not the provincial capital), zip code, and multiple names for different units. Authors should list the above information separately with serial numbers. 3. Abstract: Write in the third person, do not use "this article", "author", etc. as the subject. It should be a clear and practical short article that can objectively reflect the core and innovative ideas of the article. Keywords: 3-5, separated by semicolons, select independent substantive words related to the core content of the article. 5.
