Two: It is said that this is the place where Dayu controls water, so it is also called Yumen.
Three: What people call "Carp yue longmen" refers to this place. The Yellow River flows through this place, breaking through the mountains and flowing thousands of miles east. According to "Famous Mountain", when the Yellow River came here, it flowed for thousands of miles, and the water waves fluctuated like mountains. On both sides of the cliff, only the "dragon" can pass, hence the name "Longmen". According to legend, Longmen was carved by Dayu for water control.
Four: Hancheng was called "Longmen" in ancient times. Sub-prefecture-level cities under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province. Located in the west bank of the Yellow River in the east of Shaanxi Province, the northeast corner of Guanzhong Basin.

Most of the shallow mountainous areas in central China are loess hills with an altitude of 600 ~ 900 meters. The elevation of the eastern loess plateau is generally 400 ~ 600 meters, and the elevation of the downstream Sichuan Road and Yellow River beach is mostly below 400 meters. The Zhichuankou in the south of the city is 357 meters above sea level, which is the lowest surface in the city. There are mountains, plains, beaches and other landforms in the territory, of which deep mountains and shallow hills account for 69% of the total area.
