4. To copy books and periodicals, you must fill in the copy application form and promise to abide by the copyright law, and go through the copy procedures at the designated place. Please return it immediately after copying.

5. Books and periodicals in the reading room shall not be taken out of the room without permission, and those who take books and periodicals out of the room without permission shall be treated as theft.

Second, book borrowing.

To borrow books, you must hold a national library reader card with corresponding borrowing function.

1. Chinese books are limited to 3 volumes at a time, and 3 CDs are included with the book. The loan term is 3 1 day. Borrowed books or CDs can only be renewed 1 time without reservation, and the renewal period is 3 1 day (calculated from the execution date of renewal operation plus 3 1 day).

2. Foreign language books are limited to 3 copies at a time, with a borrowing period of 3 1 day, and no renewal service is provided.

3. To borrow foreign books in the library, you must first send a borrowing request on OPAC of our library, or use the card catalogue to find the book call number, and the staff will come to pick up the books.

4. When borrowing a book, carefully check whether there are any off-pages, depictions, defaces, etc. If found, it should be declared immediately, and the staff should be sealed. When returning, if it is found that there is any defacement without the seal of the staff, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Measures for Illegal Handling.

If the required Chinese books have been lent out, you can make an online reservation. After the reservation is successful, the status of the book is displayed as "Books to be taken". Borrow books from the library within 7 days. If you don't go through the formalities of borrowing books within the time limit, the reservation will automatically become invalid after 7 days, and you need to pay a penalty of 0.30 yuan per book.

6. Borrowed books and CDs must be returned on time. Overdue return must pay overdue use fee: 0.30 yuan/volume/day for Chinese books; CD 0.30 yuan/book/day; Foreign language books are 0.50 yuan/volume/day.

7. What if our library doesn't collect the required documents? You can go to the document supply center for interlibrary loan. And pay the corresponding fees.

8. Books and CDs in the lending area shall not be taken out of the room without authorization, and offenders shall be treated as theft.

Third, those who have the function of lending Chinese books will automatically have the function of renewing Chinese books; Foreign language books will not be renewed temporarily.
