White tea is a kind of its own, different from ordinary tea trees. Its branches are soft and easy to spread, and its leaves are the same color as light yellow and white jade and are thin. There are about 1.2 plants per household, and the tea that can be produced is only 2.3 tea cakes. The newly sprouted buds have few leaves and are particularly difficult to process. Once the water is gone, it becomes ordinary tea leaves. It needs to be made well and the tea ordered well. The tea brewed in Zhengyang has a light yellow and bright appearance and a clear soup color. It's like a piece of white jade embedded in the ore, nothing else can compare with it.
Gong tea is also produced in tea mountains outside the central producing area, but the quality is not as good as that produced in the central producing area
White tea is a good thing and is rare and difficult to prepare
