Traditional Chinese medicine is called "materia medica" in China ancient books, and its culture has a long history of thousands of years, with rich inside information. From Shen Nong's Classic of Materia Medica in Han Dynasty to Compendium of Materia Medica in Ming Dynasty, they all made great contributions to the development of pharmacy in later generations. Among them, there are hundreds of kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. In addition to commonly used medicines, there are some strange and unimaginable traditional Chinese medicines, such as some "heavy taste" traditional Chinese medicines related to the human body.
In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, hair is blood. Unexpectedly, when it is pressed, it will fall all over the floor. It is also a kind of traditional Chinese medicine after processing. Residual charcoal is a kind of charcoal Chinese medicine made from human hair by calcination. The residual charcoal tastes bitter and flat, and has the effects of astringing and stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis and diuresis, and can be used for treating hematemesis, hematuria, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, dysuria, etc.
Do you know that fingernails can also be used as medicine if you think there is nothing wrong with using hair as medicine? People retreat is the fingernails cut by healthy people, also called fingernail tendon retreat. Its taste is sweet, salty and flat, and it has the effects of stopping bleeding, diuresis and removing nebula. Used for nosebleeds, hematuria, sore throat, cataracts, otitis media, etc. It is also pointed out in Qian Jin Fang that parents' fingernails can treat abdominal distension in children. This prescription contains human nails. Of course, it is useless and unsanitary to bite your nails at ordinary times. You must process them before you can use them as medicine.
Children's urine can often be heard on TV, which is often used to ward off evil spirits and treat some intractable diseases. It is said that art comes from life, but in reality, children's excrement can really be used as medicine. Children's excrement, also known as backwater reincarnated wine. Salty and cold, it can lead to fire, reduce fire and nourish yin. It was first recorded in Liang Tao Hongjing's A Bie Lu, taking urine from healthy people, "virgins are especially good", so it is often used for children's urine, also known as children's poop. Generally, boys before the age of 12 should not eat meat, take their urine, remove the head and tail, and take the middle part, which is as clear as water. In Yi Shuo, Song Feng, a large number of children's feces and jaundice are used to treat epidemic emergencies, which can indirectly relieve exterior syndrome by sweating, nourishing yin and reducing fire.
In addition, there is a kind of medicinal material called Renzhongbai, which is a solid substance and naturally sinks in human urine. It tastes salty and cold, and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding. There is also a medicinal material called Dan Qiu Shi, which was originally made of gypsum soaked in children's feces in ancient times. Later, human white was soaked in water to remove its salty taste, dried in the sun, ground into powder and mixed with Bletilla striata pulp. Its taste is salty and cold, and it has the effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat.
Compared with this, using children's excrement as medicine is nothing. Golden juice, commonly known as dung, is the dung water that everyone wants to vomit. Its main functions are clearing away heat and toxic materials, cooling blood and removing spots. It has excellent heat-clearing effect and is a cool product. Its processing process is very complicated. Explaining the Tibetan nature of Leigong jar contains: "The method is made in winter and month, bamboo rafts are placed on the jar, brown leather is filled, several layers of toilet paper are added, excrement is poured on the jar, juice is poured on the jar, and the jar is stored in a new jar, covered with a magnetic bowl and sealed with salt mud. Buried deep underground, there is no clear spring and no foul smell. " So, don't think that you can take medicine just by collecting it at home. Golden juice is mostly used for patients with persistent high fever. From the perspective of modern medicine, feces and soil are rich in actinomycetes, which are the main sources of antibiotics. After such closed fermentation, it is helpful for the growth and reproduction of bacteria. In recent years, fecal bacteria liquid and golden juice of fecal bacteria transplantation have the same effect.
There is also a kind of medicinal material processed with feces, called human yellow. It is made by putting licorice powder into a bamboo tube and putting it into a cesspit for fermentation. Sweet, salty and cold in nature, it has the function of clearing away heat and toxic substances, and is mostly used for fever spots, blood heat and toxic substances.
Placenta Hominis, a traditional Chinese medicine, should be heard by many people, that is, the dried placenta of healthy people. It is sweet, salty and warm, and has the functions of warming kidney, replenishing essence, benefiting qi and nourishing blood. It is mostly used for deficiency of kidney yang, deficiency of essence and blood, deficiency of both lung and kidney, anorexia and shortness of breath. Modern research shows that placenta hominis has many modern pharmacological effects, such as anti-infection and hormone-like effects, and can be used to treat oligospermia syndrome, women's menopause syndrome, perennial allergic rhinitis and so on.
In addition to the above medicinal materials, Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica also has a special volume of "human body parts" medicine, which records a large number of drugs related to the human body, mainly from human tissues and secretions, such as earplugs (earwax), toothpaste (dandruff), sweat, women's menstruation and so on. However, due to the progress of science and technology and the change of people's concept, most of these wonderful Chinese medicines have been replaced by other medicinal materials, and few Chinese medicine practitioners will use these Chinese medicines to treat diseases.
