Survival status quo
Third-party testing institutions started very late in China, basically after 2000. In Europe and America, in the early stage of the15th century, in order to ensure the product quality, the third-party testing institutions intervened. The involvement of mature third-party testing institutions in commodity testing was very common in the middle of the19th century, and it became a conscious commercial behavior.
