After being rescued and excavated, he was locked up. Why haven't there been any cultural relics reports about the cultural resources of the Yangtze River?

One of the colorful movements of the Yangtze River civilization is the Three Gorges Project. In the short decades from the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 20th century, China carried out rescue protection for the cultural relics in the Three Gorges reservoir area. At present, this conservation project is also the largest and most extensive cultural relic project in China. However, with the continuous excavation of the Three Gorges cultural relics, we are surprised to find that there are few subsequent cultural relics reports. There is a sleeping phenomenon in the cultural resources of the Yangtze River, and its creativity and long-term mechanism need to be constructed urgently.

First, the Yangtze civilization has been locked up. The cultural relics in the Three Gorges reservoir area have been rescued and protected for ten years, and nearly 250 thousand cultural relics have been rescued. However, after more than 20 years, a considerable number of research reports on the Three Gorges cultural relics have never been published. Most of the cultural relics are still sleeping. In the county museum in the Three Gorges reservoir area, there are a large number of cultural relics excavated during the rescue. The curator of the museum said that many rescue cultural relics were dug up and handed over directly to the local area, and the cultural flag was not dug deep. The degree of transformation and utilization of local cultural resources is too low, and the follow-up research and excavation can't keep up with it effectively, thus delaying the value of a number of cultural relics and failing to be reused.

Second, the cultural refinement is not enough. Although in recent years, the government of the Three Gorges region has begun to attach importance to local cultural construction, there is often no technical support from experts and scholars. Although there are treasures, they don't know that refining is too slow. At the same time, the core and convertible elements of many cultural symbols are still vague, and what grassroots can do is really insufficient. Ancient books need special personnel to do regular maintenance and management. There are too few local institutions, and the lack of resource integration will also restrict the development of Yangtze River civilization. It is also difficult for local ancient books protection units to hold public exhibitions on a regular basis in terms of exploring the value, interpretation and display of ancient books. Although digital technology has been opened to the public, how to transfer it to promote the digitalization of the Yangtze River civilization is still a difficult problem to be solved urgently.

In order to change this phenomenon, it is necessary to construct a mechanism to awaken local cultural resources. In the excavation of cultural relics and subsequent research on connotation and characteristics, the government should set up a scientific research team to carry out research and development, and on this basis, promote the transformation and utilization of local cultural resources as a whole, infiltrate cultural elements into the local tourism culture in the Three Gorges reservoir area, strengthen the rigid indicators of cultural tourism resources, further promote the development of traditional cultural creation and tourism, and thus break the current Yangtze River civilization.
