How did humans begin to use salt?
Humans began to use salt probably after Xia and Shang Dynasties, which is clearly recorded in the history books. If we infer earlier, humans began to use salt from the hunting age to the farming age, because eating meat in the hunting age can supplement trace elements, but this basically limits human development, because the prey is limited after all, and more often, human beings are not full. When salt is found, it can supplement the trace elements needed by the body. Humans can eat vegetables and grains and survive without fighting wild animals, which greatly improves the historical process. To be sure, salt has changed the way people live.
