How to make a watermark?

1. Add text watermark

After the document is made, select the watermark option in the background under the format menu, select the text watermark, select the text content of the watermark in the text menu, or customize the text content of the watermark. After setting the font, size, color, transparency and layout of the watermark text, determine the application, and you can see that the set watermark word has been generated behind the text.

2. Add a picture watermark

Select "Picture Watermark" in the Watermark dialog box, and then find the picture you want to use as the watermark pattern. After adding, set the scale of the picture and whether it will be washed away. The role of erosion is to reduce the transparency of the pictures added behind the text without affecting the display effect of the text.

note:

Word2003 only supports adding watermarks to documents. If a picture watermark is defined after adding a text watermark, the text watermark will be replaced by the picture watermark, and only the last watermark will be displayed in the document.

Print watermark

In print preview, you can preview the watermark effect and then set printing options. Open the Options dialog box under the Tools menu and select "Background color and image when printing". After the document is printed, the watermark will be printed together.
