What's not hair?

Hair is a relative concept, and everyone's physique is different, so is hair. For example, if someone is allergic to shrimp, then shrimp is hair for this person, while others are not allergic, so it is not hair for this person.

Hair products, such as chicken, eggs, pig's head and so on, are all exotic protein to human body, which can constitute allergens and lead to human diseases.

Fish, shrimp and crab contain histamine, which can increase vascular permeability, microvascular dilation, congestion, plasma exudation, edema, excessive gland secretion and eosinophil increase, thus leading to allergic reactions, namely allergic reactions, and inducing skin diseases, such as erythema, papules, blisters and fever.

Some highly sensitive patients may even have allergic reactions to rice, wheat and corn. Alcohol, onion, garlic, etc. It can directly cause skin capillary dilation and blood flow acceleration through alcohol or volatile stimulating substances, which can aggravate or prolong the original skin disease.

Dialectics about hair:

But at present, there is no exact scientific basis for modern research in this respect, and there is not much scientific evidence about the problem of "hair products". It should be said that as long as there is no allergic reaction and no adverse reaction after eating, these things can be eaten less. Just control the delicious amount, for example, only eat 1 or twice a month, and eat less every time.

According to experience, beef, mutton, rooster, shrimp, crab, scalless fish and other meat foods, as well as leeks, parsley, fennel, onions, ginger and other spicy things in vegetables. Other foods are not classified as hair products.

About hair, further scientific research is needed.
