The archival materials to be bound are neat.
2. Clamp the right side of the document to fix the document material. Drill holes at the three holes marked by the binding line on the left side of the file with an awl.
3. Fold the binding rope in half, align both ends of the rope, and then insert it into the middle hole from the back of the document. Pay attention to the binding rope to leave a certain length on the back of the document for knotting.
4. Thread both ends of the rope into the holes on both sides respectively, and pass through the circle formed by binding the rope on the back.
5. Tighten the two rope ends, tie the binding line tightly to the document, and then tie the two rope ends tightly.
