How does word make a booklet?

Everyone has to make some brochures in the company: product inspection standards, product manuals and personnel manuals. Now share my method of making brochures: correct mistakes and study together.

operational approach

0 1

Step 1: Page Setup and Section: File menu, Page Setup, Margins tab, top, bottom, left and right margins are 1CM, page number range, and select book folding. We should divide the booklet into at least three parts, with the front cover and table of contents as one part, the body as one part, and the back cover as one part, with insert menu, separator and section break type. Step 2: Insert page numbers to view menus and headers.

The front cover and table of contents can't have page numbers, the back cover can't have page numbers, and the text should have page numbers, so we need to remove the front cover and table of contents, the face code of the back cover can be removed, and the text can't have page numbers. What should we do at this time? Double-click the page

Eyebrow, we will see that there is a "same as the previous section" in the header and footer of section 2. Let's go to the header and footer toolbar, find the command button "Link to previous", and then click it, header and page.

The foot "same as the last section" is missing. Think about it, everyone? There are several "same as last section" and four. Let's take them all away and remember to clean them up. Then we delete the page numbers on the front and back cover. Retention of text

Next, do you think it's okay? No, there is still a long way to go before the brochure is finished. Let's take a closer look. Here comes the problem. Why is there no 1 page? Why don't we start from page three? Solution: There is a "Format Page Numbers" button in the header and footer toolbar. Select the starting page number from 1 page, and then look down at the penultimate page. What should I do if I find that the number of pages is * * * and the total number of pages is 3 pages less? We select the total number of pages, Shift+F9 to open the field, then Ctrl+F9 to create a new field, and then enter the equal sign in front and "-3" after it. Step 4: Remove the lines from the back cover header. Method 1: Point the cursor to the back cover header, and select (Ctrl+A) format toolbar and format pane to clear all. Method 2: Point the cursor at the header of the back cover.

To extract a directory, we must first define the outline level. To define the outline level, we must first define the style, select a title or subtitle, and set the format, such as font, font size, indentation and alignment.

After Format Menu and Styles and Formatting, there is a drop-down list under the style you just created. Select Modify Style to open the Style dialog box, including format, paragraph and outline level. Select the corresponding outline level, set the title and subtitle to be extracted as the table of contents to the style just defined, and then enter the sixth step of Insert Menu, Reference, Index, Table of Contents and OK: add cover pages and subheadings.

Create a new WORD document, set the page to landscape, find a picture of 1024*768 on the Internet, then insert it into WORD, open the picture toolbar, and set its text to float on the text.

Party, click the cut button on the picture toolbar and aim at the vertex on the right side of the picture. The cursor will become a right angle. At this time, hold down the Alt key, drag the mouse to the middle vertex, release it, and set the picture size.

The size is 2 1* 14.85 cm, and then copy the picture and put it on the cover of the brochure. Select a picture and hold down Ctrl+ four arrow keys to locate the picture. In the same way, the back cover is also ready. The production of the brochure is finished.
