1. Double-click to open the downloaded software, and a dialog box will pop up. Select "Read files from pictures". (If the file is not saved in the computer, you can also select "Read file from scanner") Then the Open dialog box will pop up, select the folder where the scanned file is saved, and open the scanned file to be edited. You can also directly enter the operation interface, click the "Read" button, and then select the photos to be recognized in the opened dialog box, and add them. After that, the contents of the file will be displayed in the window of the operation interface.
2. After the file is successfully added, directly select the text to be recognized with the mouse and click the "Recognize" button. The software will automatically enter the recognition program without any operation, and the recognition result will instantly appear on the right hand side of the original file. Red text is likely to identify the wrong text and needs to be changed manually.
3. The final recognition result is saved in the format required by you. If you need to save it as word, just click Word.
