Reading Notes [24-26] Lei Tingzhen

Does Oracle Bone Inscriptions in the picture below have a feeling of deja vu? Remember the "electricity" mentioned earlier? So, can you guess which word this is?

The answer is "Ray". The main body of Oracle Bone Inscriptions is in the shape of lightning. Between the branches of lightning, there were four points at first, and then they evolved into two.

"Mouth" later evolved into two "fields" to represent the sound after lightning. "Heaven" is not the word "heaven" as we know it, but the meaning of rolling thunder is the same as the word "mouth", probably because the ancients regarded the rolling noise when lightning struck as the sound made by the chariot of the gods passing through the sky.

The word "thunder" in the bronze inscription is added with the word "rain", and the lightning-like broken line below is deformed, and two mine rolling fields are added to make four. During the period of Xiao zhuan, lightning has been omitted, and one of the four rolling thunder has been omitted, becoming a "hairpin" shape. After the official script, "Qi" was simplified to "Tian" and evolved into today's style.

Shuo Wen Jie Zi: Thunder, Yin and Yang are thin and thunder, and creatures are also. The definition of "thunder" in the part-of-speech diagram of Dream School in the City: the sound of electricity is thunder ... the motorcycle of Yin and Yang is empty and silent, and the sound of drums is like thunder. Thunder must be in the latter, the speed of light is faster than the speed of sound, such as firing a gun, seeing the fire before hearing the sound. Lightning protection methods, don't get close to iron, don't wear wet clothes, don't lean against high walls, don't open windows, and install lightning rods in high-rise buildings to lead electricity into the ground.

There is a story in the Three Kingdoms that Liu Bei was defeated by Lu Bu and went to ask Cao Cao for courtesy. One day, Cao Cao visited Liu Bei and said, "The only heroes in the world today are the monarch and Cao Er." Liu Bei was so scared that he dropped his spoon and chopsticks. It turned out that he kept a low profile and hid his eyes and ears, just to let Cao Cao treat him like a mediocrity, but he didn't want Cao Gong's eyes to be so sharp. At this moment, a burst of thunder gave Liu Bei an excellent excuse to cover up his rude panic. This is the origin of the idiom "listening to thunder and breaking customs".

In addition to the meaning of astronomical phenomena, "thunder" also has the meaning of artificial military weapons. Such as mines and mines. It is said that mines were first invented by China people in the Song Dynasty to resist the invasion of Mongols and were widely used in the Ming Dynasty. Westerners have been using mines since16th century. This kind of weapon has been used in modern wars because of its low cost and rapid arrangement, which makes the defensive side hinder the offensive side with less troops. However, mine clearance in Breby is easy, because it is difficult to clear, even after the war, it still caused many civilian casualties.

Let's look at the word "whether", "Shi Tian": thunder is whether. Shuo Wen Jie Zi: Life is the same, so everything stands out. The two notes bring out the best in each other, and the thunder is rapid and long, awakening everything buried underground and breaking through the ground.

The definition of "Ting" in Examples of Parts of Speech in Chengzhi League School: Yu Sheng in Thunderstorm said "Ting" ... thunderbolt means whether there is one or not, and thunderbolt means thunderbolt.

"Whether" is often used with "class". For example, there is a saying in "Epang Palace Fu": Thunder suddenly appears, and the palace car passes; I don't know what I was doing when I was listening in the distance. Thunder is used to describe the outdated rumble of wheels in the palace garage.

"Whether" is used as a verb, which means to shake. For example, in Guanzi's Seven Chiefs and Seven Ministers, "There is thunder in winter, there is no winter on the ground, and the vegetation falls in summer and grows in autumn" refers to this abnormal natural phenomenon of thunder in winter, ground shaking in winter, and vegetation withering in summer and flourishing in autumn.

Finally, let's look at the word "earthquake".

The upper part of Oracle Bone Inscriptions is Chen, which refers to farm tools such as plows and mussels. Up to the bottom, it represents people's feet, and the point next to it represents vibration. This source code is Oracle Bone Inscriptions Reader. Looking for other information, I didn't find the evolution from this glyph to inscriptions and brush seals. I also have doubts, because the structure of this Oracle Bone Inscriptions is more like "?" The ancestor of this word.

The source of the word "true" in Resources is a very complicated glyph, as shown in the following figure. Zhu commented on Shuo Wen Tong Xun: from rain, from metaphysics, from two, from two, from two fires. There are clouds when it thunders, which means it is staggered. Here refers to the collision of yin and yang, the fire is burning and the fire is cooking. From now on, you can see the thunder and thunder in the sky. It's fire and clouds, just like hot pot. There are two symmetrical fires and fires here, for the sake of formal beauty.

"Shuo Wen Jie Zi": dividing the calendar and vibrating things. From the sound of rain. In other words, the original meaning of "earthquake" refers to thunderbolt, which can make everything shake. "Zuo Zhuan" contains: Zhen Xuan Bomiao. It means that the thunderbolt hit a wave of temples.

The definition of "earthquake" in the Part of Speech Picture of Dream School in the City: those who have a lot of thunder and little rain say "earthquake" ... thunderbolt, while the underground sun breaks through the ground, and its thunderbolt is enough to shake things, so it is called "earthquake", which is easy to be called thunder, also known as "earthquake", and it also shakes Taihu Lake, which spans Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Suzhou.

In addition to the original meaning, "earthquake" is extended to vibration, such as earthquake; Intense emotions have another meaning, such as anger and shock. Zhenze is another name for Taihu Lake.

Yi Shuo gua: everything is out of shock. Earthquake, the east also. "Earthquake" also indicates the orientation of the East; Earthquakes are also one of the gossip. What is a six-pointed star shape? , on behalf of ray. It is also one of the sixty-four hexagrams, and the earthquake is under the earthquake.

Regarding the explanations of "class", "listening" and "truth", we will study together for the time being, but there are still many places to be explored.

Finally, it ends with a well-known poem of Han Yuefu. The expression of the woman's oath pointing to the sky and the ground in the poem is so bold and strong, which reflects her unswerving determination to use unnatural natural phenomena, such as dry mountains and rivers, thunder in winter and snow in summer, so that we can be separated. Since these bizarre natural phenomena will not appear (except that it is really possible to thunder in winter), then we will continue to love. In fact, I never quite understood whether the fiery emotional expression described in this poem was recorded deliberately when the mental outlook of the world was mostly like this, or when only a few women bravely expressed themselves in love. In any case, this poem has been handed down to this day with an almost unique attitude, which shows its charm.

evil

HanYueFu

Evil! I want to know you and live a long life.

There is no mausoleum in the mountains, the river is exhausted, there is Lei Zhen in winter, and there is rain and snow in summer. Only when heaven and earth become one can we break with you.
