2. In decision-making, the policy research department earnestly performs the duty of participating in decision-making or providing decision-making consultation, and earnestly expresses opinions on the decision-making to be made by the party committee and government, which not only provides objective and comprehensive factual materials, but also meticulously demonstrates the decision-making issues in a realistic and nuanced manner, and also provides the proposed scheme or evaluation scheme.
3. After making a decision, the Policy Research Department tracks the implementation of the decision, sums up experience in time, corrects the deviation in the implementation of the decision, and supplements and improves the decision-making measures.
