The most striking of the cultural relics in Yuanmingyuan is the twelve bronze animal heads, which have the highest value and are also the most difficult to return. We studied the loss and return of cultural relics in Yuanmingyuan and briefly previewed the information. I am lamenting and regretting the profoundness of China cultural relics and the loss of Yuanmingyuan cultural relics.
I really learned more after visiting Yuanmingyuan. In the past, the exquisite and gorgeous cultural relics of Yuanmingyuan flourished in Yuanmingyuan, but in a blink of an eye, the beauty of the past suddenly left, leaving only endless lamentations and fragmented antiquities. I hope this disaster can make the people of China remember the shame and recapture the lost cultural relics.
Now we have a suitable method of return: if Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park declares Chen Wei's world cultural heritage, then according to the relevant provisions of UNESCO on the protection of world cultural heritage and the principle of "protecting heritage at the place of origin", the countries concerned will not come to Yuanmingyuan to return cultural relics.
In fact, people are already doing this. It is an obvious phenomenon that cultural relics originally "born" in China are gradually returning to the motherland. Although some have been found, the heads of some animals are still missing. People have always been concerned about this matter. As China people, we should also do our part in this matter. Although we are still young, we want to appeal to people through our research, hoping that more people can pay attention to the return of cultural relics and protect the cultural relics of Yuanmingyuan!
