Yang, Ancient Books Department of Peking University Library.

When Yang Kaihui first met Mao Zedong, she was still a shy little girl.

At that time, she had not affectionately called Mao Zedong "Running Brother".

190 1 year, Yang Changji's daughter Yang Kaihui was born.

Shortly after Yang Kaihui was born, his father Yang Changji went abroad to study, and Japan, Britain and Germany all left him behind.

He stayed there for nine years.

During this time, young Yang Kaihui has been living with his mother.

Growing up in a family lacking father's love, Yang Kaihui has been a insecure girl since she became an adult.

She is a lovely and kind girl.

It hurts her to see her little friend catching dragonflies, and she feels that life should not be trampled like this.

Although his father Yang Changji traveled overseas, he was extremely concerned about the education in Yang Kaihui.

Yang Kaihui's reading career is all thanks to his enlightened father.

At the age of seven, Yang Changji sent a letter from abroad, telling his wife to let Yang Kaihui go to school early.

At that time, there was no precedent for women to study in her hometown Bancang.

Father's enlightenment changed Yang Kaihui's life and made her a knowledgeable woman.

65438-0908, Yang Kaihui studied in No.40 Primary School in Changsha.

1909, studying in Bancang Energy Storage School.

19 1 1 year, she and her mother studied at Hengcui Girls' School at the same time.

19 12, studying at the first women's college in the county.

19 13, returned from studying in Yang Changji nine years later, and her daughter Yang Kaihui just graduated.

Coincidentally, a young farmer from Xiangtan, Hunan Province also entered the First Normal School of Hunan Province at this time.

After Yang Changji returned to China, he happened to work in this normal school.

God seems to be in the dark, tearing them into the same time and space.

At school, Mao Zedong's "The Power of Mind" impressed Yang Changji deeply with this boy.

Chasing dreams and meeting bosom friends at the end of the year.

Yang Changji invited Mao Zedong to Bancang Apartment. When he opened the door, Mao Zedong saw a little girl with short hair.

This year, Yang Kaihui was only a 13-year-old girl.

At the same time, Yang Changji also walked out of the room and saw Mao Zedong standing outside the house, so he warmly invited him home.

Yang Kaihui looked at the boy in front of him, staring at him all the time, and she chuckled from time to time.

At that time, she only felt that the so-called ideal of saving the world and saving the people in their huge population was still very grand, and it might really be just an unreachable dream.

After that, Mao Zedong often came to the teacher's house to discuss high-end topics such as nationality and future.

Mao Zedong and Yang Kaihui are getting to know each other.

He often sends his articles and diaries to Yang Kaihui, and the little girl is instantly immersed in the writing world of teenagers, unable to extricate herself.

Yang Kaihui learned to write poems from his father, and then gave them to Mao Zedong, hoping that Brother Run could help him revise them.

After reading this poem, Mao Zedong praised it.

However, despite the good autumn scenery next year, Mao Zedong may not be able to visit Yang Changji's house again.

19 18, June.

In this hot summer, Yang Changji was invited to be a professor in Peking University, and his family moved to Beijing.

At this time, Mao Zedong just graduated from Hunan First Normal School.

The road ahead is bumpy, even if it needs to be put down.

But how to blog, how to blog?

On the lost road of life, Mao Zedong soon received a letter from her teacher Yang Changji.

At that time, Cai Yuanpei, president of Peking University, wanted to organize a group of young students to study in France.

Yang Changji has traveled all over the world, and he knows what knowledge and shock that world will bring to young people.

Therefore, he strongly encouraged Mao Zedong to go abroad and at least learn about the outside world.

A group of Hunan students from Mao Zedong went north to study in succession.

Mao Zedong, who has just arrived in Beijing, spent the night at his teacher's house. After a long time, he always felt that nothing was convenient, so he rented a house in Sanyanjing, not far from the teacher.

In fact, life in Beipiao is very hard. In Beijing, Mao Zedong was arranged by a teacher to enter the Peking University Library and become a library assistant.

In the house he rented in Sanyanjing, there were seven people on the heatable adobe sleeping platform, and it was very difficult to turn over.

There are a group of teenagers chasing dreams hidden in the bungalow heatable adobe sleeping platform in the north.

At that time, these young people didn't feel hard, they thought it was worth it!

While waiting to stay in France, Mao Zedong and Yang Changji had more frequent contacts.

This time, Mao Zedong's drifting north also has emotional sustenance.

-Yang Kaihui.

Because he often goes to his teacher's house, Mao Zedong often makes friends with Yang Kaihui.

When bored, Mao Zedong took Yang Kaihui out for a walk.

The Forbidden City and Beihai are everywhere.

The feelings at that time were sincere and pure. They won't say they like their class, nor will they walk hand in hand.

At this point, there is still more than a year before they really join hands.

Mao Zedong only stayed in Beijing for six months.

He finally chose to give up the opportunity to study in Europe and resolutely returned to Changsha.

They are patriotic students who started from that year and went to Europe to work and study.

This year is also the fastest year for Mao Zedong's political thought to mature. He began to make public speeches, and also started to establish Xiangjiang Review, becoming the editor-in-chief of this newspaper.

The boy who used a pen as a knife gradually made his mark in Hunan.

Zhang Jingyao, the then governor of Hunan, hated his guts.

There are hidden blades everywhere in Changsha. In order to avoid this crisis, I completely defeated Zhang and went north to Beijing with a petition from Changsha students.

This was Mao Zedong's greatest wish at that time.

However, politics has never been so simple.

Mao Zedong was very disappointed. Zhang is also the governor of Hunan, and they are still helpless students.

Disappointed, Mao Zedong also began to doubt about life.

The beacon of life and the light of hope he is looking for are so far away.

-Almost out of reach.

Chasing dreams is never a simple matter.

Sometimes, it is really cruel ~

Although the dream-chasing teenager's ideal fell to a low point, love came quietly at this time.

Mao Zedong went north to Beijing again.

This time in Beijing, his teacher Yang Changji was seriously ill.

Soon, Yang Changji died of illness.

Yang Kaihui's family transported Yang Changji's coffin back to Hunan.

In the face of Yang Kaihui's departure, Mao Zedong was very painful.

On the one hand, he is reluctant to leave Yang Kaihui. On the other hand, he doesn't know how to comfort Yang Kaihui who just lost his father.

What's more, he went north with a revolutionary task this time, and he can't waste public affairs for private reasons.

After a long time, it is difficult to understand the suffering of lovesickness.

He wrote a letter to Yang Kaihui:

This sentence can be regarded as his first love letter to Yang Kaihui, which is mixed with the most sincere emotional thoughts of a teenager.

Yang Kaihui was very excited when he received this letter.

For Yang Kaihui, she has been waiting for Mao Zedong to speak.

She and Mao Zedong have known each other for so long that they are extremely shy people in their emotional world.

Yang Kaihui knows what it means for Mao Zedong to write to him.

She happily gave this letter to her good friend Li Shuyi.

1920, July.

Mao Zedong ended his visit in Beijing and returned to Changsha. The first thing he did when he returned to Changsha was to visit Yang Kaihui.

This winter.

Mao Zedong and Yang Kaihui formally got married in Changsha, Hunan.

At the wedding scene, they only called a few familiar friends.

Robe boy, cheongsam girl.

Announce marriage in front of friends.

This simple and unromantic marriage has become an inseparable part of young Mao Zedong's memory.

Because it is sincere enough and touching enough.

Shortly after marriage, Mao Zedong devoted himself to the revolutionary cause, and Yang Kaihui became his loyal revolutionary comrade-in-arms.

There are too few days for Mao Zedong to really accompany Yang Kaihui, which is a little distressing.

Their relationship, the day when Mao Zedong really accompanied Yang Kaihui, was only two years before they got married.

In the next eight years, he was too busy with the revolution to spend time with his family.

At this time, love is too extravagant for Mao Zedong.

Ideal and love, these are his whole life.

But among these invisible things, the ideal is still the highest pursuit of his life.

Mao's eldest son was born in 1922.

1923, the second son Mao Anqing was born smoothly.

When these two children were born, Mao Zedong was busy with the revolution, constantly traveling in Changsha, Guangzhou, Wuhan and other places, and had no time to take care of his wife and children after delivery.

After the baby was born, Mao Zedong stayed for a few days, and then left Changsha for Shanghai to attend a meeting.

After the birth of two children, Yang Kaihui took on all the burdens of life. She had to take care of two young children at home and worried about Mao Zedong's safety.

When Mao Zedong left Changsha, he left a message for Yang Kaihui:

1927 April 4th.

Mao Zedong's third son, Mao Anlong, was born.

After learning this news, Mao Zedong finally returned to Changsha on the fourth day after giving birth to a child in Yang Kaihui.

Look at the little son born, and then look at Yang Kaihui lying in the hospital bed.

Mao Zedong's heart is full of guilt.

Three births, three separations.

Mao Zedong never has extra time to spend with his wife and children, even for a short time.

Both of them are emotionally inarticulate lovers, and I don't think there will be too many sweet words when they are together.

A kiss, a hug.

This is enough for Yang Kaihui.

On the second day of this meeting, Mao Zedong left Changsha and returned to the revolutionary battlefield.

1927, Nanchang uprising broke out.

The revolutionary fire in Hunan has been lit and the red flame is burning heartily in Changsha.

The autumn harvest uprising is about to happen, and the situation in Mao Zedong is becoming more dangerous. In order to ensure the safety of his wife and children, she asked Yang Kaihui to take the children back to their hometown in Bancang, Hunan.

On the way home, in order to ensure the safety of his wife and children, Mao Zedong personally escorted them over the mountain pass and sent them to Bancang smoothly.

Mao Zedong didn't stay long, and turned back to Anyuan, Jiangxi.

Neither of them would have thought that this farewell would become a farewell.

After that, they almost lost contact for three years.

Nevertheless, Yang Kaihui's love for Mao Zedong grew stronger and stronger.

In her letter, she once wrote:

Her desire for Mao Zedong is almost crazy.

These personal letters about Yang Kaihui are actually very sad.

Mao Zedong had never seen it in his life.

Because this letter was found in the cracks in the wall of Yang Kaihui's former residence in March 1982 and August 1990.

Mao Zedong has been unable to know these precious handwriting since it was discovered.

Some of these words are actually very painful, and it really hurts your heart to read.

For Yang Kaihui, lovers kept leaving, coming back and leaving, which became the main theme of Yang Kaihui's seven-year marriage.

This kind of life is also more painful to think about.

Loneliness breeds endlessly in her heart. The little girl who once hoped to hold her husband's hand tightly now just wants to get a letter from Mao Zedong.

She is worried about Mao Zedong's safety, and she also hopes that Mao Zedong can really accompany her.

After all, she is a weak woman and needs a sense of security in life.

But at that time, the situation in Hunan was highly turbulent, and the world outside Bancang seemed to be covered with a sword. It is difficult for her to get in touch with Mao Zedong.

1928, 1 month

Mao Zedong entrusted Wu Fushou to sneak into Changsha to find the whereabouts of his wife Yang Kaihui.

But Changsha is full of alert troops, so it is difficult to enter Changsha smoothly to find out about Yang Kaihui.

Wu Fushou asked around and finally got a message:

Yang Kaihui has been killed!

When Mao Zedong heard the news, it was already late at night. He sat in a chair slowly, took out a piece of writing paper from the drawer, and wrote a sentence written by Li Yu, the late ruler of the Southern Tang Dynasty:

In fact, the news about Yang Kaihui that was rumored at that time was completely false.

What Wu Fushou heard was probably the false news that Hunan deliberately spread.

However, this pair of beautiful women, in the end, really separated forever.

After the autumn harvest uprising broke out, Hunan warlord He Jian hated Mao Zedong's actions in Hunan, and offered a reward of 1000 yuan for Yang Kaihui's head.

1930, 10 months.

Yang Kaihui was unfortunately arrested by Changsha garrison headquarters.

He Jian promised that as long as Yang Kaihui announced the dissolution of marriage with Mao Zedong, he would send her back to her hometown safely.

Yang Kaihui flatly refused.

A month later, Yang Kaihui died heroically.

Yang Kaihui is only 29 years old this year.

At this time, they have been married for 10 years.

1957, 1 month.

Yang Kaihui's good friend Li Shuyi came across 18 poems published by Mao Zedong in Poetry Journal.

Li Shuyi suddenly thought of her old friend Yang Kaihui. She immediately wrote to Mao Zedong, hoping that Mao Zedong could send herself a song "Yu Meiren Pillow" written to Yang Kaihui before.

In the letter sent to Mao Zedong, Li Shuyi also attached a "Bodhisattva Man" written by herself when her husband Liu Zhixun died.

Mao Zedong received a letter from Li Shuyi, and the past reappeared. He lamented the cruel love during the war years and deeply understood Li Shuyi's bereavement.

However, he didn't send a copy of the "Yu Beauty Pillow" that he once wrote to Yang Kaihui to Li Shuyi.

He finally chose to write a song "Answering Li Shuyi".

In this mourning poem, Mao Zedong compared Yang Kaihui and Liu Zhixun to the loyal souls who ascended to the outside of the cloud nine.

WU GANG holds wine and dances with Chang 'e.

Hearing their stories, WU GANG and Chang 'e burst into tears again.

This is not only a eulogy, but also a great respect for the loyal souls of a generation of martyrs.

After Mao Zedong wrote this word, the moonlight outside the window seemed to pull him back to the past.

Beautiful women who care for each other have long been separated from each other.

At that moment, there was a huge tsunami in his heart, but he stood quietly and didn't let anyone find it.

The love between Mao Zedong and Yang Kaihui is pure and sincere.

In their life, they don't have a photo.

Most of the photos we see now are made up of fragments.

They were the couple who really lived in the story at that time.

Compared with now, we can hardly see such love.

The marriage that every generation of young people expect should be like this.

In today's society poisoned by money and desire, when the marriage we encounter is over-valued and over-deteriorated.

When the marriage we met was wrapped in a huge bride price, the deterioration of marriage became its proper core.

Such feelings, the final result is mostly disgusted looking at each other, there is no beauty by the bed ~

In this life, the life experienced by people is always a positive closed loop.

Married life will eventually move towards a closed loop.

It starts with money and ends with money.

Start with love and end with love ~
