The origin of the Tao Te Ching and meditation, what about enlightenment in the Tao Te Ching, and a clear mind and a peaceful mind?

The original version of the Tao Te Ching is divided into two parts, the Tao Jing and the De Jing, with the Tao Jing at the back and the De Jing at the front. For convenience, later generations changed the revised version to have Dao Jing first and De Jing behind. The first thirty-seven chapters were designated as Dao Jing, and the thirty-eight chapters after were designated as De Jing.

But in fact, the Dao Jing is about Tao, about the universe and the laws of nature. De Jing is the perception and guidance of humanistic management of society. In particular, it explains all interpretations of humanistic society in the world from the perspective of heaven, earth and nature.

In thousands of years of Chinese history, the Tao Te Ching has had a profound and long-lasting influence on Chinese culture, and it is revered as the King of Classics.

The Dao Jing talks about the way of heaven, and the De Jing talks about human virtue. The Way of Heaven is the laws and regulations for the free and autonomous operation of all things in the world. It has existed forever from ancient times to the present. It is the wisdom about the operating mode of the world itself. Human morality refers to the virtues and virtues that humans and all intelligent creatures should uphold, ranging from emperors and generals, princes and ministers, to ordinary people and soldiers, and the way of life that the three religions and nine streams should have.

Today I will share with you some of the original texts and interpretations of the Tao Te Ching, as well as my understanding of the Tao Te Ching and meditation.

Comprehension of Tao: The description of Tao in the Tao Te Ching can be described comprehensively in just a few thousand words from all angles, elucidating the great unity and comprehensiveness of Tao, as well as the fact that all things evolve in Tao. The cycle of life. It can be said that everything is Tao, and everything is Tao. Therefore, the Tao Te Ching has been interpreted and elaborated by later generations from many dimensions and angles, such as Yixue, medicine, Feng Shui, management, art of war, etc. In fact, it explains the original face of Tao. The Tao is everywhere, and everything falls into the Tao.

Because of the comprehensive nature of the Tao Te Ching about heaven, earth, nature, humanities and society, Taoism and Taoism founded by later generations all regard it as a guideline. The so-called practice of cultivating the truth and being sincere in my way is probably this state.

So the Tao Te Ching established the Taoist philosophy of later generations, focusing on the core of the world, cherishing life, benevolence, righteousness and morality.

It also established the tone of Taoism in later generations, which helped the world in troubled times and saved all people from fire and water; in prosperous times, he retired to the mountains and forests, cultivated himself, studied medicine and nourished his character and wrote books.

The Tao Te Ching contains Laozi’s supreme wisdom about the heart of heaven and the human heart. The full text is beautifully written and has a strong sense of rhythm. Various words and phrases describe how people can enter the realm of Taoism, empty their souls, and clear their seven emotions and six desires. Brighten the world of mortals. The Tao Te Ching has the function of purifying the soul. Improve self-awareness of wisdom. It can also be implemented in life, and the mind will be at ease.

Of course, my description of the Tao Te Ching is not comprehensive. I once heard a Chinese master lecture on the Tao Te Ching at Qingyang Palace in Chengdu.
