Historical Records, formerly known as Taishigong or Taishigong Gong Ji and Taishigong Historical Records, is a biographical historical book written by Sima Qian, a historian of the Western Han Dynasty. It is the first biographical general history in the history of China, recording the history of four years and more than 3,000 years from the legendary Huangdi era to Emperor Wudi of the Han Dynasty.
In the first year of Taichu (BC 104), Sima Qian began to create Taishi Gongshu, later called Shiji. This book was used for 14 years before and after completion. ?

2. History of the Three Kingdoms
The History of the Three Kingdoms, one of the twenty-four histories, was written by Chen Shou, a historian in the Western Jin Dynasty. It records the biographical national history of Wei, Shu and Wu during the Three Kingdoms period in China, and is one of the "first four histories" with the highest evaluation among the twenty-four histories.
The History of the Three Kingdoms was first circulated as a book and a book separately. It was not until the sixth year of Xianping in the Northern Song Dynasty (1003) that the three books were merged into one book. Eventually, it became a book, so The History of the Three Kingdoms is the product of cultural reintegration after the split of the Three Kingdoms. 3. Zuo Zhuan
The Biography of Zuo's Family in the Spring and Autumn Period was originally named Zuo's Spring and Autumn Period, and it was also called Chunqiu Zuoshi Biography and Chunqiu Biography in the Han Dynasty, and it was called Zuo Zhuan only after the Han Dynasty.
According to legend, Zuo Zhuan is a historical book annotated by Zuo Qiuming, a native of Lu, at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period. It is also called "Three Biographies of Spring and Autumn Period" together with Biography of Ram and Biography of Gu Liang. It is China's first detailed chronicle work and an outstanding masterpiece of historical prose.
This book, with a total of 35 volumes, is one of the Confucian classics and the longest of the thirteen classics, and is listed as a classic in Sikuquanshu. It covers the period from 722 BC (the year of Luyin) to 468 BC (the 27th year of Lu Aigong).
4. Purple Tongzhi scissors
Zi Tong Zhi Jian (often referred to as Tong Jian) is a multi-volume chronological history book edited by Sima Guang in the Northern Song Dynasty, with a total of 294 volumes, which took 19 years to complete. Mainly based on time and events, it began in the 23rd year of Zhou Weilie (403 BC) and ended in the 6th year of Xiande, Zhou Shizong after the Five Dynasties (959 AD), covering the history of 16 dynasties and 1362 years.
In this book, the editor summed up many experiences and lessons for the rulers to learn from. Song Shenzong thinks that this book is "in view of the past, it has the resources for governance", that is, to strengthen the rule by taking historical gains and losses as a warning, so it is named "Managing with Capital". Zitongzhijian has 294 volumes, about 3 million words, and Kaoyi and Catalogue have 30 volumes.
Zi Tong Zhi Jian is China's first chronological general history, which occupies a very important position in China's official history works.
5. History of Tong Jian
Zi Zhi Tong Jian is China's first chronicle work. Yuan Shu in Southern Song Dynasty (1131-1205), 42 volumes. It started with "three factions divided into Jin" and finally "went down to Huainan", *** 1300 years.
The original text of Sima Guang's Zi Tong Zhi Jian was completely copied, but the writing was changed. Take the things recorded in Tong Jian, distinguish the items and sort them out. Mainly to take notes, each event is detailed at the beginning and end of the book, with its own title, * * * records 239 events, and other appendices 66 events.
Created a precedent of "chronicle from beginning to end". In order to facilitate reading, it is divided into four parts: Warring States to Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties.
