The live hour refers to the time when fire should start in Xiao Zhou Tian Kung Fu. So we call it living because we have to wait for the natural scene in the body to appear, rather than a fixed moment. As it is said in "Medicine Mirror", "At twelve o'clock in a day, you can do whatever you want." Xiao Zhou Tian Gong method, by posing well, eliminating distracting thoughts, quieting the body and mind, focusing the mind, and then returning the thought to the center, concentrating into the air points, slowly adjusting the breath into the fine: leading the short and long, the essence in the Dantian gradually becomes strong. When there is extreme stillness, there is movement. In the trance, you can feel the energy in the Dantian moving, which is the time of living. The essence at this time is called "little medicine". The scene when a child is alive can be summarized by a sentence from "Medicine Mirror" commonly used in ancient Qigong books, that is, "The weather comes first, and the weather comes later. Those who get it often seem to be drunk." In his annotation, Xiao Zixu further described "drunk" as "the body and mind are at ease, as if intoxicated, and the skin is refreshed." At the same time, there is also a saying that "when the external kidney wants to move, it is the time when there is a living child in the body" ("Tianxian Zhengli").
