I. Registration Conditions and Quotas
The registration conditions are strictly in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Students (Departments) in Jilin University. Applicants must be full-time undergraduates who passed the unified entrance examination in 2005.
The majors and places to be admitted are proposed by each college, and the places shall not exceed 5% of the enrollment of the college in that year.

Third, the timing.
(1) Before April 18, each college shall determine the number of students to be transferred to other majors, their majors and acceptance conditions, and suggested examination subjects according to their actual reception capacity in daily teaching, internship and practice.
(2) On April 28th, the school announced the enrollment number, majors, admission conditions and examination subjects of each major on the campus network. All colleges and universities convey to students the management regulations and work arrangements of undergraduate colleges (departments) of Jilin University.
(3) Students registered from April 29th to May 12. Students studying in Shanghai Stock Exchange College: Approval Form of Jilin University Undergraduate Students Changing from College (Department) to Major (hereinafter referred to as "Approval Form" is downloaded in the annex of this document) in duplicate, and the registration fee for changing majors is 100 yuan/person.
Students can only choose two majors as their first choice and second choice; The transfer-out institution shall control the transfer-out number according to the proportion of no more than 5% of the students in the institution in that year. For colleges and universities with a large number of applicants, they should be sorted according to their academic performance and comprehensive performance, and inform the applicants in advance to avoid contradictions.
(4) Each college shall examine the qualifications of the admitted students according to the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Students from College (Department) to Major in Jilin University.
(5) Before May 15, the college shall submit the approval form, the student registration summary form and the registration fee for changing majors.
(6) On May 24th, all colleges received admission tickets.
(7) On May 27th, the school organized a professional examination. The specific time arrangement and examination place of students' examinations in various subjects will be indicated on the students' admission ticket and published on the campus network.
(8) From June 5 to 9, the school announced the students' test scores, determined the control line and qualified list, and recommended them to the institutions to be accepted in an orderly manner. It is planned to collect the list of students and the Approval Form and other related materials from the college, organize a meeting of professors and experts to interview and score students, and determine the list to be admitted. Please report the interview time and place to the Academic Affairs Office two days in advance.
(9) Before June 12, each college will report the interview results and the examination and approval materials for students to be transferred to the school. Before June 14, the school will inform the colleges of the approval results and publish them on the campus network.
(10) From June 26th to 30th, students went through the formalities of changing their professional identity.
Fourth, the specific requirements
(1) According to the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Students' Changing from College (Department) to Major in Jilin University, they are not allowed to change majors in the following situations: directional training, students who walk in, special students, students who have been promoted to junior college, and special categories of enrollment (including children who have dropped out); Students who drop out of school for trial because of their academic performance; Students who violate discipline or commit other violations in the exam.

(3) Students who change majors across disciplines should be arranged to study in the next grade (Grade 2006) after changing to a new major.
