The Bingling Temple Grottoes were dug earlier, which was an important part of the Longxi section of the Silk Road at that time. Bingling Temple Grottoes, also known as "the best scenic spot in the world", are an excellent treasure trove of geomantic omen. Among the 183 caves, 694 statues and 82 clay sculptures, 8% of them are the contents of the Gelug Sect. Unfortunately, during the Qing Dynasty, some robbers took advantage of it and destroyed some grottoes, which caused the grottoes to plummet. The most iconic stone statue in this grotto should be Maitreya Buddha, which was already devastated, but after years of continuous restoration, this giant Buddha has basically recovered its original appearance.
Unexpectedly, as a scenic spot, it is not very famous here, but the tickets are not cheap, as high as 3 yuan, but the scenery here is still very good, and it is worth spending 3 yuan.
