〈4〉 Wind phlegm blocking collaterals: mouth and eyes are skewed, facial muscles are numb, language is unfavorable, there is phlegm in the throat, the tongue feels stiff, sometimes drooling, the tongue coating is white and greasy, and the pulse is slippery or slow.

Treatment: resolving phlegm, expelling wind and dredging collaterals.

Prescription: Radix Puerariae 15g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 6g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 12g, 3 centipedes, Bombyx Batryticatus 12g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 6g, Notopterygii Rhizoma 10g, Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae 10g and Radix Saposhnikoviae 6g.
