Lost orphan ancient medical books

Bian Que medical books unearthed in Sichuan in 2000 filled the historical gap, but why was Bian Que kicked out of the textbook?

According to legend, Bian Que is also an imperial doctor, who cured several patients that many doctors couldn't cure, and became more and more famous. Word of mouth communication is very powerful. One spread to ten, and ten spread to a hundred. In this way has been handed down, Bian Que became a fairy. Some people even say that Bian Que can come back to life. This statement is too exaggerated, but Bian Que is a person who pays great attention to medical ethics. He traveled all over the streets, summing up experience and enriching medical experience. Even summed up a set of folk remedies, and put them into practice, resulting in a Bian Que medical book.

There are many legends and historical records about Bian Que, which are also mysterious. The reason why it is so mysterious is nothing more than the worship of his medical skills and gratitude for his medical practice. But historians don't think so. They say that modern history pays attention to evidence, legends are basically false, and the personal subjective consciousness of history books is too strong to judge the authenticity of these historical events. It can only be confirmed by archaeological or historical records.

Bian Que wrote many famous medical books in his later years, but none of them survived. There is only one copy of the Classic of Difficult Texts, which is said to have been written in his name by later generations. The loss of these famous medical books is really a great loss to the ancient culture of China. Unexpectedly, in Chengdu in 20 12, an ancient tomb, the famous Guanshan Han Tomb, was excavated at the subway construction site. Many medical bamboo slips and human acupoint portraits were found in these ancient tombs of the Western Han Dynasty.

Because the whole tomb was soaked in water for more than 2000 years, the environment of the tomb was stable, so the tomb items were well preserved. Among them, 920 bamboo slips were unearthed, involving 9 medical books and equestrian skills 1.

Of these nine medical books, only one "Five-color Pulse Diagnosis" has the name of the medical book, and the rest have no title.

By consulting experts of traditional Chinese medicine and combining the contents of these medical books, archaeologists tentatively named them My Past Medical Works, Death of Pulse, Bamboo Slips of Rhyme, Source of Disease, Encyclopedia of Meridian, Symptoms of Various Diseases, Pulse Count and so on.

This discovery is unparalleled in the world. Some experts say that these long-lost medical books may be about to rewrite history. However, due to the age of bamboo slips and vague words, it will take a long time to completely crack them. But no one expected that Bian Que was kicked out of middle school history textbooks in 20 16 textbooks and 20 17 textbooks. Experts say the reason is that whether Bian Que really exists in history is still a mystery. I don't know how many famous historical figures have been kicked out of history textbooks. How long can China's history last?
