Weifang Library was established on August 7th, 1948. After more than 60 years of development, we adhere to the tenet of public welfare, fairness and efficiency, and adhere to the development concept of building the library with service, strengthening the library with brand, prospering the library with innovation and prospering the library with talents. It has been rated as a civilized library and a first-class library by the Ministry of Culture for many times. It is an advanced unit in ancient book protection, engineering construction and service, and local literature work in Shandong Province.
The new Weifang Library is located in the Civic Culture and Art Center, with a construction area of 36,000 square meters, and can accommodate 2 million books. It adopts the architectural style of large studio, barrier-free and communication, and the service mode of collecting, borrowing and reading in one. The opening hours are from 8:30 to 17:30, and from June/kloc-0 to September 30/0.

Responsible for readers to borrow books on site and make an appointment to borrow books, and adopt the full-shelf service mode to let readers choose their favorite books freely.
2. Newspaper reading room
There are nearly a thousand kinds of newspapers and periodicals, which readers can read on the spot and some periodicals can be borrowed.
3. Literature consulting room
Collect all kinds of precious reference books in Chinese and foreign languages, Weifang local documents, Siku complete books, twenty-four histories, etc. Responsible for readers' information consultation, self-study, consulting newspapers and periodicals, and providing English-Japanese translation services jointly with scientific research and production units.
4. Children's Library
Provide healthy, lively and intelligent children's books for children, carry out reading activities, and hold various children's learning remedial classes and art training.
5. Electronic reading room
Provide online information resource inquiry, information services of China Digital Library and Superstar Digital Library, and hold basic computer training courses and computer training with middle and senior titles.
