Xu Yinglai, a deaf-mute disabled girl, went to Beijing to study 18 years ago and studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. She is physically disabled, but she is determined, hardworking and conscientious in her creation. During her study in the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1990s, her potential and rich painting ability were discovered by French International Intelligence Co., Ltd., which sponsored her to hold her first solo exhibition in China Daily Gallery. This is the first time that a foreign company has sponsored an exhibition organized by the Central Academy of Fine Arts for China students. After finishing her studies, she gave up all the girls' pursuits-she lived in a small house at No.59 10 square meter on No.8 Xisibei and worked hard for more than ten years. In order to protect and tap her daughter's artistic talent, her mother Wang Lan gave up her passionate writing career and spent eighteen years traveling between Chifeng and Kyoto in Inner Mongolia. Under the care of party and government leaders and villagers in Chifeng, Yinglai participated in international and domestic art exhibitions for nine times.
