What is the difference between copyright and copyright?

There is no difference between copyright and copyright. According to relevant laws and regulations, copyright is also called copyright. Works of citizens, legal persons or unincorporated organizations in China, whether published or not, enjoy copyright according to law. In addition, authors and other copyright owners can register their works with registration agencies recognized by the national copyright authorities.

/kloc-article 2 of the copyright law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which came into effect on June 0.

Works of China citizens, legal persons or unincorporated organizations, whether published or not, shall enjoy copyright in accordance with this Law.

Article 12

A natural person, a legal person or an unincorporated organization that signs a work is the author and has corresponding rights in the work unless there is proof to the contrary.

Authors and other copyright owners may register their works with registration agencies recognized by the national copyright authorities.

The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall apply mutatis mutandis to copyright-related rights.

Article 33

According to the contract, a book publisher enjoys the exclusive right to publish the work delivered by the copyright owner and is protected by law. No one else may publish the work.

Article 62

Copyright as mentioned in this Law refers to copyright.
