Since you want to study on your own, I suggest you learn the key points.
Forget about many things in Western medicine, just pay attention to the anatomy.
All acupuncture points in the meridian and acupuncture points must be memorized, and they must be memorized regularly according to their functions and indications, focusing on specific points such as Wushu points, Bahui points, and Eight Meridian Intersection points; acupuncture and moxibustion may be more If you find it difficult to study on your own, you can go and listen.
To learn massage techniques, you need to read books and combine them with teaching videos (some textbooks come with CDs, but I really can’t find the video and search for the name of the technique online, such as thenar kneading method and rolling method, there are many). The action is standard. When it comes to massage, it is recommended to go to clinics and learn from masters. Masters have a lot of experience.
