As a descendant of Private Shu and Mr. Yang, I used to read his articles in Shanghai newspapers. However, when holding a thick collection with ink fragrance, that kind of cordial feeling remains the same. Once again, I carefully read one by one, and some chapters were read several times. Recently, he was asked by Fengxian Literature and History to write something about Mr. Yang Miao and talk about his works. I accepted it gladly at that time, but when I really started writing, I was confused again. The main reason is that I lack theoretical basis and have no education. Ordinary people can "appreciate strange articles", but they can't fall into the situation of "doubt and analysis". Moreover, I think that the real review articles will be written by experts in the future. I'm just an old friend of Mr. Yang's. With more than 30 years of friendship, it may be more appropriate for me to talk about some raw feelings intuitively-or "feelings after reading".
His essays are mainly from the following aspects, to pay attention to thinking about social problems, to express their views, and to reflect the sense of social responsibility as a writer.
First, keep pace with the development of the times, face the tide of social reform and market economy, focus on the overall situation and criticize the shortcomings of the times.
Writing is the embodiment of the sense of mission and social responsibility of China cultural people. Whenever the society changes, as a responsible intellectual, if he doesn't reflect the imprint of the times in his works, but just drills around in the "ivory tower" and writes some leisurely sketches, he will be detached. On the Harmlessness of Yellow Gambling and Poisoning focuses on the argument that some people think that the inspection of publications and videos "treats me as a child of 16 years old", and then proves that "such inspection is somewhat necessary" from the present situation of "book stalls in the streets and lanes" to "reform-through-labor schools" The difficulty of "sitting still" is the "escort" who swaggered through the city and the "meat bomb" who flew around, which shows the importance of rectifying the big environment to change the social atmosphere. For cadres, in addition to strengthening their self-discipline education of "sitting without chaos", the impact of the environment should not be underestimated, so it is important to have a good social environment in this matter.
Secondly, as an educator who takes teachers as his profession all his life, he always pays attention to the present situation and phenomena of education.
Teacher Yang Miao has been teaching for more than 40 years, so he naturally has a deep affection for education. Compared with the fifties and sixties, the living conditions in today's society are far from the same, and there are more only children. Parents have high hopes for their children, hoping that their children will become dragons and their daughters will become phoenixes. Driven by this psychology, some parents are helpful, some are dystocia, and many are eager for quick success. All these are doomed to the decline of the quality of running a university.
