Step 1: Open Photoshop, and select the "Window → Action" command to open the action command window. At this point, there are only the default command sequence and some default actions in the action command bar.
Step 2, execute the action of "File → Open" and open a picture at will. Click the shortcut command icon "Create New Action" in the action command bar. At this time, a new action will be created under the sequence of Default Action, and the command dialog box as shown in figure 1 will appear. Enter "My Action" in the "Name" column, and then click the "Record" button to finish, and you will get the effect of Figure 2.

Step 3, start to create all the required actions (the computer will automatically record your actions, in order to save batch processing time, it is best to prepare each action in advance, and the recorded actions can be completed in one step):
1. Restrict image size: execute the command "File → Automatic → Restrict image", open the dialog box in Figure 3, set a series of parameters as required, and click [OK].

2. Convert color type: just execute "Image → Mode →CMYK color".
3.JPEG format: execute the file → Save As command, select JPEG format in the format drop-down menu, click Save to open the JPEG options dialog box, select High in the quality box drop-down menu, and click OK.
Step 4: Click the "Stop" button below the action command bar to stop recording. At this time, the action command we need is completed.
Second, then use batch commands to complete the effect in one step.
Get ready first: put all the pictures to be processed in a folder, and create a new folder to put the processed pictures. Execute "File → Automatic → Batch Processing" to open the batch processing command box, as shown in Figure 4. Then set various parameters and options.

1. Select my operation from the operation drop-down menu.
2. Select a folder from the source drop-down menu.
3. Click the [Select] button, select the folder of the pictures to be processed in the pop-up dialog box, and then click [OK]. Click to select the check boxes "Include all subfolders" and "Disable color configuration warning".
4. Select "Folder" in the "Purpose" drop-down menu, click the "Select" button, select the folder where the processed pictures will be placed in the pop-up dialog box, and click [OK].
5. Select "1 serial number" in the drop-down menu of the first file naming box, and select "extension (lowercase)" in the drop-down menu of the second box.
6. Select "Record Error to File" in the error drop-down menu, and then click [Save As] to select a folder. If there is an error in batch processing, the computer will record the details of the error truthfully and save it in the selected folder with notepad.
After all this is done and checked, click OK, and the computer will start to open, process and save the selected pictures one by one until the task is over.
