How to find the lost human nature

Contact more with people and less with computers, and you will soon be able to regain your human nature.

Read more history books, chat with relatives and friends often, go out for a walk, do some exercise, and have more contact with nature. Staying at home less will naturally lead to less computer use.

Set yourself some goals every day (for example, you will spend 2 hours chatting with your friends today, you will have a heart-to-heart talk with your parents tomorrow, etc.), and restrain yourself from surfing the Internet.
