The focus is on the key work to be carried out or the key links to be paid attention to in the process of carrying out the work, which should be the basic, key or core problems to be solved through this research.
The research focus is actually an extension of the previous research object and overall framework until the main goal. If you think about it carefully, you will find that these four parts actually say one thing from different sides, that is, the research content.
Then why not do it all at once and divide it into four parts? This may be the purpose of the declaration design, that is, to repeatedly think clearly from different angles, what problems it wants to study, what problems it wants to solve, and what aspects this problem consists of. The focus is on the bull's nose of the research topic. Grasping it is equivalent to solving more than half of the problems.
Where is the difficulty?
The difficulty in writing the key points is that there is no way to distinguish the key points from the difficult points in many cases. I always feel that the key is the difficulty, and the difficulty is the key.
Emphasis and difficulty will inevitably overlap, but they can still be properly distinguished. The most important difficulty is that there are indeed difficulties or obstacles that are not so easy to solve in the process of carrying out this research. For example, when studying the rural bachelor problem, the focus should be on how to better solve the social security brought by the bachelor problem. And if they don't live in the countryside now and go to the field for research, the respondents may not cooperate with the research, which becomes the research difficulty.
How to write the key and difficult points?
First of all, the key points and difficulties should not be mixed together, but should be clearly written in a subtitle or a short paragraph: 2.3. 1 research focus; 2.3.2 Research difficulties. In this case, the evaluation experts will know at a glance that the focus is here and the difficulty is there.
Secondly, the focus is actually a good opportunity to tell experts that the content contained in the key part of this research project is of great significance, which not only has strong practical value, but also has obvious academic value. It's like putting it another way, emphasizing the unique value of research again.
Thirdly, it is best not to regroup the key points and difficulties into one point. Repeat one thing to the judges in such precious words: my focus is the difficulty, and my difficulty is the focus. Experts will think that the key points and difficulties can't be distinguished, and what national social science projects are engaged in!
Fourth, difficulty, although it is real difficulty, don't write it too hard. After all, we are not applying for a state grant fund, but for a national social science fund. The worse you apply for subsidies, the easier it is to become the target of subsidies. However, if you apply for social science funds, if the difficulties are too serious, experts also think it is more difficult, and these difficulties are beyond your ability, and even experts think they can't solve them. So this difficulty must be difficult, but it must also be moderate. At first glance, experts do have some difficulties, but this kind of difficulty is not as difficult as heaven. As long as you work hard, you can solve it and do the project well. Fifth, there should not be too many important and difficult contents. It is enough to simply list a few items, with two or three key items and one or two difficult ones. Too many priorities means that there is no real list of priorities. There are too many difficulties. Can it really be solved? Have the energy to solve so many difficulties? Time and money are spent on solving difficulties. Can you still grasp the key points and do a good job in research? So the key and difficult points should be briefly refined.
