2. Calm down from difficulties. If a person has not experienced numerous setbacks and hardships, but is trapped in honey water and infancy, it is naturally impossible to have a calm personality.
3. Peace comes from no desire. Mencius said, "He who has no desire can be king." No desire means no selfish desire. People who do great things should not ruin the overall situation because of self-interest. Only in this way can they cultivate a calm personality and win the final victory.
4. A calm personality is not only the expression of a person's psychological maturity, but also the basis for his success. A calm character needs to be tempered in life, not everyone is born with it. A calm person can calmly face any crisis in life without panic.
