Due to the different development degree and growth environment, there are many interesting names in the market where Pleurotus ostreatus is sold. Locals call it white-skinned chicken termites, yellow-skinned chicken termites or feather-proof chickens, black-skinned chicken termites, gray-yellow grass chickens, and flower-skinned chickens with fungus towers cracking to expose tremella meat. Termitomyces gallinarum is a kind of overgrown fungus, which has several connected flowers, called termitomycetes nidulans, and occasionally there are scattered termitomycetes. Sometimes dozens to hundreds of flowers are connected together, also known as torch chickens or cloaked chickens. Among them, the best quality is garlic chicken group, followed by mountain chicken fir, and then torch chicken group.
