Language and Culture is a book published by Beijing Publishing House in June, 20 1 1 year, by Luo Changpei. Luo Changpei, a pioneer linguist, wrote a short essay on the relationship between language and culture, which is regarded as the pioneering work of China's cultural linguistics.
