Step 1: Pour a small amount of water into the pot. The amount of water depends on the amount of paste to be made.
Step 2: Slowly pour about one third of the flour into the water and stir with chopsticks.
Step 3: Stir in one direction with a little force.
Step 4: Stir until the flour is completely dissolved in the water. If you can't see the caking of flour, turn on a small fire.
Step 5: After firing, keep stirring in one direction to avoid batter.
Step 6: When the flour has become mushy and can be picked up with chopsticks, turn off the fire.
Step 7: Separate the chopsticks and obviously see the paste drawing, indicating that the paste is finished.
