1. Learn about products. Be sure to know this product. If you don't know the product, you can talk about the product experience and use experience. Even the description of its advantages and disadvantages is very unreliable. Therefore, you must use it yourself to understand every detail and treat it as a real user's perspective, instead of running every business and process like a tester.
At least 2-3 days, preferably a week, and continue to use it, so that you can become a serious or at least moderate user of this product. In this daily frequent use, you can feel the details of the product best. Is it convenient to use?
2. Do only one product or one product report at a time. Limited energy, it is best not to do many experience reports of different products at the same time, and more results can be achieved by focusing on this.
3. Horizontal comparison of similar products. You can usually mention similar products in the report, extract what can be improved from the use of similar products, and compare the advantages of current products.
4. Vertical development. This is basically icing on the cake, but it is just an operational strategy or a company strategy. You can play according to your own understanding of the industry, but don't blow it to the sky. According to my own understanding, talking nonsense may feel too grandiose and counterproductive. It doesn't hurt that you don't know. In addition, I personally feel that such a report should not wait for the company. In fact, I prefer to send my resume at a fixed point, which is more targeted than the method of casting a net widely.
