Hello, teachers! My name is XXX, and I come from XXX. My thesis is entitled "Evaluation of Informal Organizations in Administrative System". Here, please allow me to express my deep gratitude to Mr. XX for his careful guidance, and my heartfelt thanks to all the teachers for taking the trouble to participate in my thesis defense. Next, I will give you a general introduction from three aspects: ideological content, structural framework and diction, and ask you to criticize and guide.
First of all, in terms of ideological content, this paper discusses an omission point of administrative management, that is, informal organizations in the administrative system. Through the investigation of nearly 100 books in the library, I found that only the Principles of Administration and Public Administration published by Fudan University Press involves informal organizations in the administrative system. As a "second friendship" in the officialdom, informal organizations will have a great impact on human resources management in the public sector. Therefore, this topic itself has certain theoretical and practical significance. As a unity of contradictions, any administrative organization will have a certain informal organizational structure. Administrative organizations are more or less influenced by informal organizations. Looking at the positive and negative effects of informal organization, it may become a driving force for the development of formal organization, or it may become a resistance to the development of formal organization. Therefore, organization managers should correctly understand and actively guide, grasp its concept, characteristics and functions, correctly use its positive functions, overcome its negative functions, and make informal organizations develop in a direction that is more conducive to organizational development and goal realization.
Secondly, on the structural framework, this paper is divided into three parts:
The first part is an overview of informal organizations in the administrative system, including the concept, characteristics and dissemination of informal organizations in the administrative system.
The second part analyzes the role of informal organizations in the administrative system from both positive and negative aspects.
The third part introduces the management countermeasures of informal organizations in the administrative system.
Finally, in terms of diction and sentence-making, although I have carefully revised the full text, the problems of word order confusion, rigid sentences and colloquialism of individual sentences are still inevitable. In addition, the full text is only a preliminary study of the informal organization of the administrative system, with little knowledge of management psychology, organizational behavior and leadership, and I hope to improve it in the future.
