According to Taibo’s descendants, 13 tombs of Taibo were built at one time in order to prevent tomb robbers. The tombs of Taibo in Lingyan Mountain in Suzhou and Hongshan in Wuxi are both among them. The family tree of Tai Bo's descendants, "Zhi De Zhi", contains the names of ancestors of the Wu family in the past dynasties, the latest of which is the 105th generation, and she is already the 111th generation. It can be seen that 6 generations have passed since the compilation of this family tree. Calculated by time It should be about 200 years ago; and Ma Zhijun and others erected a monument saying that Taibo was buried in Lingyan Mountain, and it has been nearly 400 years ago. Obviously, the saying that Taibo's tomb was in Lingyan Mountain has a long history.
The Suzhou Taibo Tomb Site is located in the southwest corner of the Tianlin Scenic Villa Area on Lingtian Road at the foothills of Lingyan Mountain. There is a paved path further west in this area. This path was the royal road in those days. Emperor Qianlong took this path from Lingyan Mountain to Tianping Mountain. The mountain to the south of Taibo's tomb is called Xiangjiashan by the locals, and the mined mountain to the north is called Rabbit Mountain. The two mountains behind Taibo's Tomb in the photo are the same from the shape, but Rabbit Mountain had not been mined at that time. Although only the ruins remain today, its research value deserves serious attention.
