Chinese ancient books should be stable.

Follow the legacy of the sages and inherit the ancient medicine.

As we said before, spleen deficiency will not only lead to malnutrition, but also lead to insomnia. Insomnia caused by spleen deficiency will be greatly improved if the conditioning of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach is adopted.

Treating spleen deficiency can improve sleep at the same time, which is a surprise, but not specifically for insomnia. We often say that we should treat diseases dialectically. Strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach is to lay a good foundation for the body. Different diseases need to be treated with different drugs.

Chinese medicine says that all diseases have the same root-lack of vitality and impassability of meridians. But we say that the same root does not mean that we can deal with it in the same way.

Strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach is fundamental, because only when the vitality is sufficient can the body better expel all diseases and pathogens. Sufficient vitality, smooth meridians, how can you get sick?

For each disease, the location of pathogen blockage is different, and different drugs are used for pathogens in different places. Therefore, no matter what disease you treat, you must first strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach and cultivate your vitality. This is the fundamental method of treatment, but if we simply hope to strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, it will be too slow to cure the disease.

When we treat diseases, we should match targeted prescriptions for eliminating evil according to different diseases, and the prescriptions should also be adjusted according to the specific conditions of patients, so as to treat both the symptoms and the root causes quickly and well.

It is based on this ideological basis that the system conditioning scheme of invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach+small squares is determined, and different small squares are matched according to different situations.

Bian Shi is a special stone with abundant energy. The ancients used it to stimulate acupoints. In fact, the original origin of acupuncture came from Bian Shi, but it is rare now because there are few in Bian Shi.

Massage in traditional Chinese medicine is completely different from the usual roadside massage maintenance hall. In ancient Chinese massage, you should practice Qigong, let your hands go deep into the acupoints, and with the vibration of vitality in the human body, expel the evil spirits in the body and arouse the vitality energy in the body. The effect is very good.

Finally, Taoism, which evolved from Taoism, is a relatively simple and easy-to-learn practice technique. Patients can practice at home by themselves and persist for a long time, which is very useful.

When Mr. Guo nursed the patients, he would teach them whatever was useful for their illness. Teacher Guo also learned some modern medical methods, such as nutrition or some western medicine to control symptoms in conditioning. The treatment methods are very diverse, so the effect has also been affirmed by patients.

Today, aiming at insomnia, I will introduce you to a simple guiding technique, which was learned by Teacher Guo and a Taoist by accident.

The old master lives alone on the mountain, chopping wood and growing vegetables by himself, being self-sufficient and living an isolated life. Mr. Guo lived in Taoist temple with Lao shifu for more than a month and learned a little from his predecessors. It's just that this little fur is a personal experience.

The purpose of Taoist cultivation is to constantly strengthen the vitality, and finally let the vitality fill the whole body, so as to achieve the purpose of prolonging life. Of course, we say it is impossible to live forever, but through day-to-day guidance and contact, health and longevity are certain. This introduction, after many times of practice, we found that it played the most prominent role in regulating insomnia.

Some people may just sleep and dream, but they can fall asleep, so the effect will be quick. If some patients have been unable to sleep all the year round, it may take a long time to take a large number of antipsychotic drugs at ordinary times.

So what should I do with this introduction?

Sitting on the bed before going to bed at night, you can sit cross-legged, or sit with your legs spread out, with your hands folded, and put them on Guanyuan point three inches below our navel, that is, covering your stomach, then relax your hands and sit up straight.

It should be noted that the position of male and female hands is different. For men, the left hand is down and the right hand is covered on the left hand, while for women, the opposite is true, the right hand is down and the left hand is covered on the right hand.

You can lean on the quilt, your legs and feet must be covered, keep warm and don't catch cold. Keep the room quiet and don't make any other noise. Next, close your eyes and take a deep breath to keep calm.

When inhaling, don't think about anything. When you exhale, concentrate on feeling your breath and go down. All the breath begins to go down from the chest to the soles of the feet, and it is discharged from the soles of the feet.

According to people's physique, the time to feel qi is different. Some people can feel it in three or four days, and some people may need ten days, half a month or even longer to feel the flow of qi.

When you feel the qi, you will find that Yongquan point will be very hot after the qi reaches the soles of your feet, which means that the pathogenic exhaust gas in your body is concentrated in the soles of your feet. When you continue to practice for a period of time, the heat will gradually weaken and disappear, and you will feel comfortable all over.

We in China say that slow work makes fine work, and this kind of introduction can only be effective if we persist in practice. Some people insist on practicing for more than ten years, and after ten years, their energy is no different from that of ten years ago, full of vitality and very young. Introduction is to treat diseases and strengthen the body by acting on vitality.

Insomnia refers to the problem of nervous system in the interpretation of western medicine, but in reality many situations can not be explained by this statement of nervous system. This is like saying that people who don't eat well often have poor sleep. In Chinese medicine, this phenomenon is called upset stomach and restlessness.

So what does this sleep have to do with eating? Well, Chinese medicine doesn't eat well because of spleen deficiency. After the spleen lacks vitality, the heart needs to give it more vitality. Then, the inner vitality is not enough, and the inner emptiness. Shen Yuan will definitely be upset and can't sleep well.

In addition, patients with heart disease generally can't sleep well, because the heart is called pericardium in Chinese medicine, and pericardium and heart interact from the outside to the inside. Where is the man's mind? The position of the heart is in the chest. The nipple measures three fingers inward with his own fingers, which is about the same level as the nipple. There is a point called Shenfeng, which points inward. Measure three fingers upward from Shenfeng point, and there is a point called Shenzang point.

Chinese medicine believes that Yuan Shen is here, so Yuan Shen is easily influenced by the heart. If your heart is uncomfortable, you can't sleep well naturally. Chinese medicine says that the reason for not sleeping well is that Yuan Shen was unstable and was attacked by cold and dampness.

People who live in a house facing south must be the most comfortable. Few people want to live in a cool and humid place. Shen Yuan also likes to live in a warm and dry environment, so if there are many cold and damp pathogens in his body and his vitality is insufficient, Shen Yuan will definitely not rest well.

We must have seen many people fall asleep while sitting on the sofa watching TV. As a result, they got up to sleep and woke up immediately. What is the truth?

Because of this feature, if the moisture in the body is heavy, whether sitting or standing, this cold and damp evil will sink to the lower body, so the chest is still comfortable and Yuan Shen is more stable. But once you lie down and your body is flat, it won't be long before this evil of cold and dampness will slowly flow to your upper body because your body is flat.

In this way, people can't sleep well when they lie down at night. When they wake up during the day, the cold and dampness sink, and Shen Yuan feels a little more secure, so they become confused, or lie awake, or love dreaming, unable to wake up during the day and have no spirit. This is insomnia.

Before, Mr. Guo met a person who was in a trance and spoke a little incoherently. When asked, he found that the man went to bed at eight or nine in the evening and couldn't get up at seven or eight the next day. But I've been dreaming, waking up often and sleeping badly.

To judge whether insomnia can't just depend on the time of sleep, some people sleep for 12 hours but are always awakened by dreams, and after waking up, they are dizzy and delirious. This is insomnia. And some people sleep four or five hours a day, sleep soundly all night and wake up refreshed. Is this insomnia? Of course not.

Strengthening the spleen, nourishing the stomach and invigorating the vitality is the most fundamental way to eliminate cold and dampness. With guidance and adjustment, Shen Yuan will gradually stabilize.

The body is just the house where Shen Yuan lives. Replace the house if it breaks down. Similarly, when the body is not suitable for life in Shen Yuan, it will run away. Once Shen Yuan escapes, we will all die.

In the next issue, we will talk about some internal differences between men and women. Why do we say that most of us have been "male masters outside, female masters inside" since ancient times? How to explain this problem from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.
