Why do some historians hide the research results of Sanxingdui?

Sanxingdui site is an ancient Shu cultural site dating from 5000 to 3000 years ago, with an area of 12 square kilometers. This is one of the major archaeological discoveries in China in the 20th century. The discovery of Sanxingdui ruins and cultural relics strongly proves the existence of the ancient Shu state three or four thousand years ago and the diversity of the origin of Chinese civilization.

You can think about how many imperial tombs and giant tombs of princes have been buried in our motherland since ancient times, and how many cultural gaps can be filled if they are excavated one by one. Comparatively speaking, the nine Niu Yi hairs stolen by Eight-Nation Alliance are too valuable.

After the founding of New China, archaeologists began to dig again. At that time, Professor Feng led a team to excavate it, which was once the central city of ancient Shu. At the beginning of 1980, the excavation of Sanxingdui site ushered in a peak period, and a large number of cultural relics were discovered, which should be in the Shang Dynasty, and even Oracle Bone Inscriptions, which has long been lost, which triggered an upsurge of archaeological research on Sanxingdui at home and abroad.

Sanxingdui civilization is not isolated. The Xia jade and bronze unearthed in Erlitou of the Yellow River basin are very similar to Sanxingdui cultural relics. In Jiantai Village, Shifang, Sichuan, the same cultural sites as Sanxingdui Phase II and Phase III were found, all of which showed the changing history of ancient Shu civilization.

Experts in our country can't explain this strange phenomenon for the time being. Although these civilizations are incompatible with the eastern civilizations, they were discovered in Sichuan, China, and they are definitely closely related to the Chinese civilization.
