1. First, open the quick flow chart software installed on the computer. After the flowchart software opens, click the "New" button under "File".
2. After clicking the "New" button, you will see a window in the software interface, where you can see many flow chart templates. Select any template and click it to use it.
3. After creating the flow chart template, you can modify the flow chart template by using the graphical tools on the left side of the software interface.
4. Select a graphic with the mouse and double-click it to enter text. After entering the text, select the text and you will see a "Text" tool in the upper right corner of the software interface. In this tool, you can set the style of text, such as font color, thickness, diagonal cutting and font size.
5. If you think the color of the flow chart template is not good-looking, and you want to modify it, select the graphic, and you will see a "style" tool in the upper right corner of the software, where you can modify the color of the template.
6. After drawing the flowchart, click the Save As button under the File menu button. After clicking, you can save the drawn flow chart.
