In the 1980s, in their youth, their husband and wife drew illustrations for Mr. Zhou Lingga, a master of Chinese studies. Now time flies, decades have passed, and the painting couple have become famous painters. Savor life carefully and stare at it like a dream. .....
Looking at Wang Jianan's illustrations reminds people of the illustrations in China's ancient novels, which are very vivid and freehand, and have a sense of elegance and scroll of tang style's Song rhyme.
Painter Wang Jianan reminds people of traditional painting skills by depicting people and customs in his illustrations. Very wonderful!
Tang legends's novels are the magnificent treasures of China's classical novels, which record the trivial things in the world and the anecdotes of past dynasties. Zhou Lengga, an old writer, retranslated and edited them into chapter-by-chapter novels in modern vernacular, and illustrated them by famous contemporary painters and painters in China, especially revealing the beautiful connotation of this book!

People in the Tang Dynasty liked arranging flowers. What kind of conspiracy is that? People in the Tang Dynasty loved flowers in arranging flowers, and the fundamental reason for loving flowers was the bright colors of flowers themselves and the meanings given to them by literati and poets. Whether it's the peony in the flower, the lotus in the flower, or other kinds of lotus, there will always be one or two poems to praise their beauty. Maybe everyone always has a special kind of flower that is intoxicating, but there are always people who want to do it all well, so there is the art of arranging flowers, but it is not icing on the cake or gilding the lily.
First, the Lan Zhi system.
People's cognition of beauty should be something they naturally like, but their appreciation of beauty can be improved through later training. If they can pass on their own aesthetics to others and influence future generations, then they are probably people who can establish their own school. Now Qu Yuan is the first person to do so. Although Qu Yuan ended his short life by throwing himself into the lake, he left behind Li Sao and the established gentleman system in Lan Zhi.
Second, the Tang Dynasty flower arrangement
The gentleman system in Lan Zhi established by Qu Yuan made all literati fall in love with flowers, so a large number of poems about flowers and love flowers appeared in the subsequent dynasties, and finally people's enthusiasm for flowers reached its peak in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The art of flower arrangement also proves from the side that everyone loves flowers.
Third, arranging flowers.
Of course, there are many rules for flower arrangement, such as the preference of material selection in each era. The flower arrangement based on Qu Yuan's orchid, the lotus in the Six Dynasties, the peony in the Tang Dynasty and the plum blossom after the Song Dynasty represents some virtues that are particularly respected in various times. But flower arrangement is not an art that flowers can complete, so the classification of flowers in flower arrangement is becoming more and more obvious. For a simple example, peony, pomegranate, osmanthus and narcissus can represent a four seasons. There are also many exquisite bottles in flower arrangement, among which bronze is the most popular, gold and silver can only be despised, and vases need to be round to appear concise.
