lù.
The initial consonant l and the final rhyme u are pronounced in four tones.
The original meaning of 瓓 is "thin borrowing", that is, "recording". The urns are divided into two categories:
The first is a list of Taoists, which records the name, Taoist title, apprenticeship and Taoist rank of the Taoist priests who received the urn.
The second is to record the names, taboos and functions of Cao Zuoli in all heavens. That is, the "List of Gods". Only by knowing this dharma can one summon the gods and send generals to eliminate demons and suppress evil.
Extended information
Generally speaking, the types of urns can be divided into four categories: "records", "talisman urns", "scripture urns" and "professional certificates". The record is a list of Taoists and the names of meritorious officials in the heavens; the talisman is specially used for practicing Dharma; the sutra urn is for sutras and confessions for students to learn and recite; and the ordnance is the certificate for receiving ordination.
The types of urn include "boy urn", "Guanyin urn" (referring to girls), "pre-repair urn", "immortality urn", "pull death urn" and so on.
The word "瓓" means "record", which refers to documents or books that record the names, images, subordinates, spells and other related contents of gods. According to Taoist scriptures, the gods on the urn and their subordinate officers, generals, and soldiers are all made of gas, and the urn, qi, and spirit have the same essence.
