What are we born for? What did we come to this world for? Everyone may have asked himself more or less. For work, for hard work? Or for enjoyment, for a better life? But everyone has their own background and growing experience. In view of this, we are looking for the same explanation. Based on the integration of everything, we seem to find a more reasonable explanation in the Buddhist concept.
"There is only one life", and life cannot be copied. It seems unremarkable. If we really think deeply, we will certainly get some insights. Right and wrong, only once, shouldn't it be managed well? How to manage and deduce countless life templates, but successful cases tell us that we came to this world only to purify, purify and deepen our souls, which is the correct interpretation of the meaning of life.
Buddhism, as a method of purifying, purifying and deepening the soul, puts forward the "right path on earth", and the most important method is "accumulating goodness". Generally speaking, it is "altruism", that is, making contributions to society and the world. If you can make it clear in your mind that you live in this world, then no matter what you do, you will not get lost, and you will not be shaken by the storm when you move towards a clear and confident life path.
The transformation of the soul is to better realize the meaning of life! What is a "soul", relative to the world, is an existence divorced from the body. After death, we are reincarnated as a potential "conscious body", which is what we call "past lives".
However, when we come to this world, we will inevitably produce all kinds of "bad karma", that is, the karma caused by evil thoughts. Good thoughts lead to good karma, and evil thoughts lead to bad karma, all of which are attached to the soul and attributed to reality. Eliminating "karma" is nothing more than an act of "altruism" that "serves the society and the world".
People who believe in fate and numerology may have heard that the evil karma attached to the soul was originally intended to bear the worldly retribution through reincarnation, but it was eliminated for some reason, perhaps because of your early "altruistic behavior." In other words, "altruism" can not only purify the function of the soul, but also eliminate the obstacles of human evil.
In Buddhist teachings, there are various contents for the world to practice and practice, which can be summarized into six items, namely, the "six elements" for purifying the soul:
First, pay as much as anyone's efforts. "Do whatever it takes and work hard." This attitude is called "diligence" in Buddhism. The so-called diligence is to live actively with a hard attitude.
Second, be modest and guard against arrogance. There is an old saying in China called "modesty". Those who describe everything that will be successful in the future will inevitably radiate a light that takes away the virtue of humility. On the other hand, people who are disloyal, shameless and headstrong cannot seek good results.
Third, reflect every day. The content of introspection is one's "self-interest". In other words, when doing "altruistic things", we should first think about whether we put "self-interest" before "altruism".
Fourth, be grateful if you are alive. In the "deficiency" of life, seeking contentment is the source of happiness.
Fifth, accumulate virtue, do good deeds and think of others. To paraphrase an old saying, "If you have a good house, you must have enough", that is, "to contribute to society and the world".
Sixth, don't have emotional troubles. Don't dwell on the trouble itself, it will only increase your heart. You know, in life, you have to go through ups and downs. If you are completely kidnapped by worry, you will often eventually think of suicide. So, don't be emotionally troubled.
Here, I would like to dedicate it to those friends who share joys and sorrows in life to encourage them!
