First, giving-seeing that all beings are suffering, the heart is compassionate. In the spirit of "self-drowning, self-starvation", we can do our best to make the suffering people happy and benefit the fans. There are three kinds of contributions:
1. Donate money-donate money and materials to help the poor improve their lives, or donate money to print all kinds of good books to persuade people to improve the mind of all beings.
2. Fearless dedication-comfort anyone who is in pain with warm love, lend a helping hand to solve problems when someone is in trouble, and let the suffering people get inner peace without fear. For example, for temples and Buddhist temples, labor is invested in cleaning and maintenance; Or those who denigrate Buddhism can be influenced by truth with fearless spirit.
3. Don't release the dharma-announce the truth of the dharma that you have learned and realized to the world, so that all beings can immerse themselves in the rain and dew of the dharma and gain enlightenment.
Second, keep the precepts-strictly observe the precepts, and then you can create a dignified law. Keeping precepts can make the body and mind clean and not do evil. Observe the five commandments: no killing, no stealing, no adultery, no nonsense, no drinking. Other luxurious songs and dances are confusing, and cigarettes should also be banned to maintain physical and mental peace.
Third, bear the burden of humiliation-there will be many obstacles on the way to monasticism. When encountering setbacks and slanders, I will not complain or get angry. You will be forgiven by forbearance, and your heart will be freed. If you endure hunger and cold outside, you will endure worldly desires inside. If you have such determination and are not afraid of difficulties, you can learn Taoism.
Fourth, diligence-the Buddha sea is boundless, the Tao sea is high, there is no end to learning, and learning the truth can't stop. If there is any fault, advise people to correct it immediately; Whatever work is beneficial to all beings, do it with all your strength, work diligently and achieve the other side.
Five, meditation-practicing Buddhism, you must be calm, so that you will not be scattered. To help all beings, the spirit needs special training, so meditation can produce wisdom and concentration when things happen.
6. Wisdom-The mind of a yogi should have the highest wisdom. He is well-read, knowledgeable and worldly-wise, and can distinguish talents without hindrance, naturally and conveniently understand everything, and practitioners themselves can avoid falling into the evil influence.
The six degrees of Buddhism are: giving to the other side; Hold the precepts to the other side; Endure humiliation to each other; Strive to the other side; Meditate to the other side; Wisdom reaches the other shore.
Six degrees-six methods of life practice.
The other shore-a clean world, can always maintain the realm of psychological balance.
Give to each other-treat things correctly and get a psychological balance, including financial giving, legal giving and fearless giving. Give money, treat money and wealth correctly, and know that they are external things; Fabushi, correctly and rationally understanding things; Fearless pay, emotionally brave to face things.
Keep precepts to the other side-get rid of improper desires and gain psychological balance. There are mainly five commandments: don't kill; Don't steal; Do not commit adultery; Don't lie; No drinking.
Endure the humiliation of the other party-never influenced by anything outside, and always keep a psychological balance.
Strive to the other side-we must have the spirit of continuous progress, not satisfy the existing psychological balance, and finally get a high-level psychological balance.
Meditate to the other side-eliminate distractions through meditation, thus achieving psychological balance.
The other side of wisdom-through the understanding of nature and the achievement of wisdom, a high-level psychological balance can be achieved.
