Significance, Function and Purpose of Archives Management

Archives management is also called archives work. Archives (rooms) are the general name of all kinds of business work that directly manage archival entities and archival information and provide utilization services, and are also the most basic components of national archives. Collection, arrangement, storage, identification, statistics and utilization of archives.

Including: file collection, file arrangement, file value appraisal, file preservation, file cataloging and file retrieval, file statistics, file editing and research (see file literature compilation), file provision and utilization.
